I asked what could I do to save money, he explained, that I could uncover the access doors. Had purchased my little cottage recently, and for 20 yrs it has not been pumped. I did what most people do when something is out of sight, procrastinate. Then the system started to indicate may need some attention, gurgling sounds. So went at it in earnest, the shoving work was better than a membership at the gym. Apparently the prior owner wanted it to survive a direct hit from a ICBM, and thought 4 feet down to the lid door was not too excessive, yet I uncovered the door. After celebratory wine was open. Calling again, the truck pulls up, a quick inspection was made, the gentleman indicated that I was 1/2 way there, yes Virgina, there are two doors on this model. Here's the great part what if you dispatched a truck with a crew of two only to find the site is not ready, more often than not at best there would be grumbling, none,.....at worse another fee to come back out, no extra fee. Not this company, they were gracious, after offering to dig out the other access door which I declined. Yes I saved some money. Which I'm sure the chiropractor will take his cut. Kept the same price The arrived as promised (twice) Same day. Did a great job. (Researched what function to expect) With a great attitude. I have found them to be honorable, no pressure, consistent, no up selling, just straight talk. I had…read morejust returned home from a doctors appointment having been released from a near three week unplanned vacation in the hospital. The weeds had grown wonderfully in my absence and my mailbox was packed with the usual that we all get. That notice of having won the lotto with taxes paid was misdelivered again. So I settled in making a light dinner and started my new script regimen including furosemide also known as Lasix or the pee pill. It's one of those meds you don't dare deny, argue with or put off when it hits because you'll embarrassingly lose. So... multiple trips to the washroom I ended my day. Waking up in the morning the pee pill was in control so off to the washroom I go.I needed to prep and leave for two doctors appointments to have additional follow-up and tests. Leaving now I headed downstairs (walk out basement) to leave and saw a lot of liquid on the floor. Checked the utility room for possible water leak issues and when I glanced over at the floor drain I knew I was in deep ****. Yep a definite septic problem. I couldn't cancel these test and doctors appointment nor was I able to call during the course of the regular business day. Doctors don't like being stood up. I'm a widower so I need fend for myself if you know what I mean. Arriving back home about 5:30 PM I went online and began dialling for real help. Many voice mails and text us, will get back to you as soon as we can. You know how that goes, it's the only time your phone is silent (LOL). I dialled a few more thinking I best get a room for the evening when A woman answered the phone; Grace Septic how may we help? Now after 6 PM I explained my predicament and she apologised saying the men are just returning from their day and she would get me scheduled promptly for Wednesday. She then excused herself from the phone and came back online saying a crew will be on their way shortly. I was speechless. About forty minutes later a three man crew arrived, introduced themselves and asked several questions to which I was of no help. I know what I know but you can't fill the point of a pin with what I know about septic systems even my own. You know that look you often get when a service person or contractor asks a question about your property or situation and you can read their mind as they're calling you a ***** but it's said silently? Not so with these gentlemen. They said lets find the answers together so we can get you fixed properly and happily flushing and you'll then have the correct information for any future needs should they arise. That's exactly what took place. They located and fixed and now I know where my tank is located, suggested care and maintenace in addition to what a riser is. The charge was extremely reasonable and the education was free! They earned my 10 star rating and recommendation. I'm very grateful to them and they have me as a positive spokesperson on their behalf. In my opinion Grace Septic should be the first septic service provider you call. He has lost employees, (probably due to the way he treats people) I called once a week for 2 weeks, and when I called this morning, he said he had no employees and he wasn"t f"n coming in the rain. Hows" that for friendly customer service. Its sad when a good man builds a company over the years and a relative destroys it, because he can't handle the stress of running it. Suggestion, get a secretary, so no one has to talk with this guy Cody. Who would sign up to be yelled at and rude every time he answers the phone, and then expect to be paid. Grow up and put your big boy pants on and learn to handle the stress of running a business.

I sent a text to Cody and he referred me to "Squeaky" , Larry Gregg, to come with camera equipment to locate the tank. I called him and he came out at 9:30 PM (yes a little late) He marked the tanks location and sent a message to Cody. The next day I asked to be put on the schedule. Again, the Service man Jackie came out and said, I can tell you one thing the tank is not at that location. So, two trips wasted. There was not one call from Larry Gregg who came with the camera and "supposedly" located the tank. I requested a refund with no response. I'm not sure where the disconnect was with this whole mess but I think that the person with the camera, Mr. Larry Gregg, needs to schedule his time with the service man so they can be there together to resolve the issue without all the multiple wasted trips. I'm frustrated at how this was handled and that I had to pay 250 for a job from someone with a fancy camera to work 20 min, mark where the tank should be but still not have the location and the whole process was beyond horrid. I would certainly not use "Squeaky" Larry Gregg as a camera person, nor should Naillon endorse him and give out his number. Because the tank could not be located no service could be performed. I have called someone else and hopefully my issue can be resolved.
