Jeff is the owner and a good, fair man and he has the love and respect of those who work for him, and that tell you a lot. I have seen a few come and go. Excellent service. We have two units a mini split and a standard heat pump. The mini split had an…read moreodor that you know is the need to have the unit cleaned. David took the unit apart, and in removing the drain pan he found a buildup the was keeping the pan from emptying totally. He proceeded to remove the blower which definitely needed service and clean and reassemble the unit. He the checked the split system, put anti sludge that I had in the drain pan, flushed the drain and then clean both the outside units. We scheduled service for next year.
