Kneighbor is a Korean concept convenience store that recently opened in January 2026. This is one of the most unique convenience stores I have seen to this date as the shop combines Korean snacks, K-beauty essentials, Hangang-style DIY ramen, matcha drinks, photo booth, and DIY accessories all in one store. [Parking]: The convenience store is located in the same plaza as DOMA (a popular matcha shop) and Out Of Ordi (a popular bakery shop), so our party was unable to find any available parking spots at 1:30 PM on Saturday. I ended up finding street parking approximately one block away (near the intersection of James M Wood Blvd and S Oxford Ave) which was not easy to find. [DIY Wappen]: They have a DIY wappen station where visitors can create their own wappen patches. Wappens are colorful fabric patches or straps used to decorate tote bags, keychains, pouches, or clothing. It is a trendy fashion accessory among students and young people in Korea. [Merchandise products]: The store has various Sanrio blind boxes from Top Toy, keycap charms, keychains and clips, pouches, deco diaries, stickers, bag charms, and mini bags. [Ramen machines]: Customers can prepare soup ramen on the spot using ramen machines by adding all the ingredients into a bowl and let the machines do rest of the work. The ramen machines include instructions on how to use them. There is a sign at the cafe counter stating buy Hangang Ramen and get free Korean ice cream. [Cafe]: There is a counter selling ceremonial-grade matcha drinks and coffees. The shop brews coffee from Lavazza. [Snacks and bottled drinks]: They sell various packaged Korean snacks and beverages including a snack called "Bag of Trump Hair" and viral fruit ice cream flavors like peach. [Pour over juice pouches]: Customers can pick their favorite juice pouches, grab an iced cup, and mix their own drinks. An LED screen displays 9 different viral drink combo including Bacchus + Powerade and Peach SacSac + Grapefruitade. [Conclusion]: This is a really fun shop to check out in Koreatown and visiting this shop is the next best thing to the real experience without having to fly to South Korea. read more

They also have little pouches and totes. They also sell a variety of Korean snacks and drinks. There is also an instant ramen area. The staff is really friendly. This is located in a shopping plaza and the parking lot can get packed. There is also street parking along 8th street or in the interior street. This convenience store feels like an experience straight out Korea. They have Korean makeup, Korean snacks, and Korean food! When I walked in the store, I saw that they had a label making station where you can customize the charms and the colors of your labels. There are plenty of chairs and tables to get crafty as well. It seems straightforward enough and there were so many options to choose from. Towards the back, they had a coffee station where you buy the iced cups separately from the coffee liquid to make an americano! They also have the viral ice cream fruits! The counter has a ramen making station and everything is presented in a clean and aesthetic way. The employees are friendly and very helpful! With some music, I would say that this place could give off a romantic date ambiance but also a casual friend hang out good time. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to have spent $71. Overall I love the concept but we bought 2 fidgets with charms and they're already broken and the charms already came off. The glue didn't even last 1 day. I'm really disappointed in that! We tried some ice creams and it was good! I was also happy about finding the charms phone case for $10! read more
