From our first correspondence, right through the day of the party, Jen's response time to any of my questions and her sincere interest or concern with anything I put to her was above and beyond. Once we established the size and kind of party I was having, Jen was able to help point me in the right direction with food, bar service and a cake. The day of the party, Jen and her team arrived a couple of hours before the party was due to start and began to work their magic. They prepared the food and set a bar in the front room. As soon as the first guest arrived there was food and drinks at the ready. To say the food was amazing, doesn't say enough. As I told Jen when we were planning the menu that I had a couple of picky eaters and a vegetarian attending. Needless to say, they were more than able to accommodate them. We had a full tended bar. If you're ever on the fence with having a bartender I highly recommend it. And the cakes. Yes 2 cakes! Delicious! After the last of the guests departed, her team began to return the house to the way it was when they arrived earlier. This was a worry-free party, enjoyed by all who attend. My husband and I love trying new bars and making cocktails at home together, so I immediately reached out. Pau Hana Pours was fun and easy to work with from our first email. Working with them was one of my favorite parts of the planning process. They worked with our other vendors to coordinate the design of the bar and provided recommendations for what liquor to purchase. On the day of our elopement, it felt like meeting old friends. Mercedes and Alana were amazing. The drinks were both delicious and beautiful. I would highly recommend them, and we were so grateful that they could be a part of our big day.

In lieu of spending a large portion of our décor on tent drapes, Percy used his lighting expertise to fill the tent with café lights and twinkle lights. Percy's easy going nature made it really easy to work with him. Although he typically designs for high end weddings and multi-million condo interiors, he was happy to work with our budget. I had purchased chandeliers online and he was more than happy to help me put them up in the tent. Also, Percy will send you a rendering of what the lighting will look like but they do the finished product and experience no justice. We booked Greenstone Project's 6 piece band and Percy did such a great job on the stage lighting, creating the perfect dance floor for our guests

Ryanne and her Ohana at Cuzzins808 turned our wedding vision…read moreinto reality. We are a couple from California having a destination wedding in Poipu beach. We wanted a customized Champagne wall instead of the traditional champagne tower as a wedding photo op during our cocktail hour. Ryanne took notes of how we wanted our champagne wall and custom signage to look like. It took months of planning and collaboration with other vendors and they made it happen. We also used Cuzzins808 for our photobooth. We chose a hawaiian back drop and package for props and had them incorporate in our personal customized cardboard cut outs of our dogs. We had a 100 plus people wedding and all our guests raved about how fun and interactive our champagne wall and photo booth at our wedding was. Veronika was very attentive, patient, and catering to our needs. She made the whole experience less stressful during a stressful (covid) time. Everything went flawlessly and I enjoyed our experience. We were married on Puu Poa Beach and took sunset pictures on Hanalei Bay. Per Veronika's recommendation we dined at Postcards afterwards. The whole experience were better than what we dreamed it would be. My bouquet was perfect. I absolutely loved my bouquet. Molly Watson is very talented at what's she does!! Jonathan Moeller was our photographer. Our friends and family still to this day comment on our photos. He is very talented, easy to work with, gave great direction, and made it a fun experience. We scheduled regular calls as it got closer to our wedding date to ensure that all the details were meticulously planned and executed as discussed. She went above and beyond by letting us ship wedding supplies to her home as the wedding date approached so that we did not have to pack everything into our luggage. She is also knowledgeable and well-connected to vendors within Kauai and she recommended a handful of vendors who matched our vision, communication style, and general vibe of our wedding. We selected our florist, photographer, officiant/live musician, DJ/Emcee, hair/makeup artist based on her positive experience working with them. She worked with us and the vendors to schedule meet and greets, food/beverage tasting to curate the menu at 1Hotel, and trials with our hair/make up artist, and photographer to ensure that our wedding day went smoothly. Lisa was calm and supportive on the day of our wedding and took charge of the vendors so we could truly be present with our guests. She helped us pivot when the wind picked up before the ceremony to ensure that our decor did not fly away. She also helped us stay in time with the music during the processional and helped me down the grassy hill to the aisle when my veil got stuck. Overall, we had a fantastic time at our wedding and we still dream about how beautiful and fun the whole day was. All our friends had a wonderful time and one of the couples even returned to 1Hotel for their babymoon a few months later! Lisa worked with us about 4 months out from our ~20 person wedding at the 1 Hotel and was an absolute dream to work with. Being based in NYC and never having visited Kauai until our wedding week, Lisa was our sounding board for choosing vendors (officiant, florals, music, make-up, video, photo, steam/pressing), was conscious of the time zones and never made us feel rushed, and kept us on track without being overbearing about decisions that we needed to make up until the very end. She really brought our vision to life, always filling in gaps as needed (candles, placecards, baskets for our flower people), and finding a new videographer when our initial choice fell through. Everyone that came to our wedding wants to go back to Kauai and the 1 Hotel to relive the day. We can't recommend Lisa enough! Thank you, Lisa, for everything. We worked together to come up with the perfect menu for our event, Chef Andrew was able to accommodate all of our requests. On the day of the dinner Chef Andrew showed up on time and ready to go and put together a phenomenal four course meal for us. Each course seemed better than the last and we loved that the chef told us about each dish as they served them to us. Chef Andrew had a helper that was very attentive and kept our waters and wines full for the whole meal. Appetizer, a pork gyoza to die for, salad of tomatoes and this red pepper sauce that I will remember for years to come was only transcended by the wagyu beef entree with a carrot puree. Desert of mango ice cream was the perfect ending for an amazing meal. And after it was all said and done, they had done all of the dishes and left the kitchen cleaner than how it started! Give Chef Andrew and the Sandy's Supper Club a try and it will truly be a night to remember.
