    DONOT USE Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical…read more ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH On 7/20/2022 we purchased from Christian a NEW HOME COMFORT SYSTEM DAIKIN AC DX17VSS421BA, E001346 1 DAIKIN FURNACE DM80VC1005CN, 2112343463 1 DAIKIN COIL CAPE4860C4, 2201412759 1 DAIKIN ONE PLUS - D9000, AA2201003992 We paid $20,744. 12 year warranty Here we are 4 years later being treated like shit from Christian Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical On June 25 our air stopped blowing cold air They came out on June 25 said the Expansion valve was bad they had to order it. 2-3 days to arrive. Ended up Taking 7 days. they came out on July 2. Never replaced the Expansion valve bc this guy said it's not the Expansion valve, you have a leak. Took 2 1/2 hours to find the leak. Said the inside coil was bad, leaking Freon. He sent order to shop to get coil, should be a stock item. They will call you. I called them they said we don't have the coil in stock it will be 7-10 days to get it. I said are you kidding me. The guy was an absolute jerk to me, never even apologized for the first techs misdiagnosis, wasting a week on a part we do-not even need! It's 101 today was 102 yesterday. I said to them this is ridiculous I am supposed to wait 7-10 days after I have already waited 7 days. You haven't even apologized. He said there's nothing I can say or do to make you happy. They just don't care Don't even act like they care! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Today is July 11. no air since June 25. They were supposed to have the part July 9. Still no part, my husband asked to speak to a manage, we have still not received a call from a manager as promised.

    I had a serious septic line failure. When I called the…read moreoffice and told the receptionist about my problem she put me on hold for less than a minute, and when she returned she informed me that owner would be out to assess the situation within the hour. Dave Bowman showed up promptly and did a thorough assessment. He then scheduled me for the next day. The plumbers showed up at 8:30 and proceeded to work nonstop until the job was finished. Dave Bowman showed up at the job site several times throughout the day which was reassuring. The crew of plumbers were very professional, courteous, and informative. When they were done they did a thorough job of cleaning up. I will be using Young and Bowman for all my future projects. I highly recommend Young and Bowman.

When the plumber came he said Moen is the worst brand and then told us we bought the wrong kind, we need cordless. When my fiancé tells him that we were told by the woman he spoke to when he made the appointment we didn't need a specific garbage disposal, he said we can't listen to the office because "they are just two women who don't know what they're talking about".... Yikes! The plumber was impatient with us for buying the wrong garbage disposal, and said he couldn't do anything and wouldn't be able to come back for days. I walked out of the room and my fiancé stayed with him asking what we should do - we just need to get a new garbage disposal that doesn't have a cord. So we call the office when the plumber leaves to see when we can get another appointment and the woman says tomorrow. Great. Then we get a call back and the woman says the plumber won't be returning to our home because we did not take his advice and he's an expert of 25 years and she hung up on us. Steer clear of these guys.

    Joe came to our home and installed a humidifier and also connected a gas line. He was a very…read morefriendly person and a pleasure to have worked with...but...We spoke to him about coming back when the stove top delivered to help install it when we talked about the cost he charged...and it was stated it was included. We have tried contacting him multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Now our calls are sent to voicemail. Finally, when it was connected without him, we were told there is a leak in what had been installed. We wanted to give him the opportunity to fix it but no one answers or calls back. Update: no response still. We had two plumbers come out and couldn't believe this is how it was left. There was also no shut off valve installed on the same floor which was out of code. Surprised a licensed plumber would leave anyone in such circumstances, especially with a small child in the home.

Joe arrived…read morepromptly and discovered that the mysterious emergency switch in our basement stairwell actually turns off the entire HVAC system, including the thermostat. Yikes for us, but easy for him to get the job done. He serviced our system and gave us an estimate on a replacement for the 22-year-old AC unit. We bought our own Google Learning Nest thermostat off Amazon, and you heard it here first folks, DON'T DO THAT! It wouldn't work and I regret not letting Joe provide it himself. He reinstalled the old thermostat and now we've got a tuned up HVAC system that runs better than ever. When the bell tolls on our ancient AC, we'll have Walsh & Son handle it all like the pros that they are. Thanks, Joe!
