My friend and I were browsing, speaking to each other and I looked at this woman and she was actually staring me down with the most evil, nasty look on her face. So, if there was a million things in your store I wanted to purchase, I would have not bought one because of her. I'm sure she's turned many a customer off. EDIT: looking at the many years of terrible reviews, it's clear owner/management could care less how their staff behaves.
