Steps and sidewalk of handicap unit owner's front door

If less than Zero stars was a choice they be in the sub-basement of zeroes. If you are an HOA considering a new property run fast and far. Still no changes since my post last year. They've gotten WORSE. The snow plow crew has gotten stuck on our property several times and no salt has been spread on the roads. Sidewalks have not been done yet as of 9:08 am on 2/24/26. 10-12 inches of snow in CT is not a big deal so please DO NOT tell me it is. Premier's Owner (who shall remain nameless and useless) exploits a loophole in the State's Condo Owner's Act and has (2) licensed CAM's. The rest of his staff works under him and have NO WORK ETHIC WHATSOEVER. Our Property Manager has got to be THE WORST. BTW......she is related to the owner ( who shall remain nameless and useless) Work orders in their "GoEnumerate" system hardly ever get acknowledge so we send our requests to our PM and she reads the subject line and sends back an email saying "Thank you" or "Someone will be out next week." Next week never comes. That same "GoEnumerate" system in 2024; instead of taking out one month of HOA fees as authorized on the "portal" took out 3 payments. I have the screenshots if anyone out there is interested. Now I hand deliver my HOA payment in a postal money order so they have no banking or credit card information on file. Many owner's are now, finally beginning to have no faith in Premier and are voicing it loudly. Our Board doesn't care ESPECIALLY OUR PRESIDENT. I said it before and will say it again. There are a ton of property manager companies in CT not on Google. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE CHOOSING A COMPANY WITH SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. They even file their paperwork with the Secretary of State late and have received a few forfeiture of license letters from the Secretary. Run far and fast. You have a choice. Choose wisely. Here is a picture of my steps and sidewalk. I'm a handicapped individual with gait issues due to strokes and severe arthritis. I have imaging appointments today. This should be interesting.

And he stated there a probably mold in our attic as well due to the roof leaking and out ceilig caving in from the water. COVID hit, and it is understandable that no one came out to check the attic. Summer comes along and busnesses back to normal, nothing has been done yet. it has been 8 months now. Sent a letter the 2nd week of OCt this year. Nothing yet. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FINDINGS and a copy of the report. Never gave us a courtesy call on this. Called 3 weeks ago about gutters clogged. Nothing done. Had a tree fall and total my car out, notified them about the branch above the one that fell is next. The tree is dead and hollow. Told tree cutters will be here in the fall to cut trees. Now it is the 2nd week of OCT. and nothing. DO not ever buy or rent from these people ever. We are still waiting for a response to everything that was mentioned in the letter that they request for everything.

"Smoke Free" is listed on several websites, but this is untrue. It is also stated in the lease…read moreagreement, but it is not enforced by the current property manager. There is also a paragraph pertaining to loud noises, but this too is not enforced. I think potential renters, especially those with children and health issues, should know that these apartments are not smoke free. If you've expected the property manager to enforce these rules then you're wrong. They'll only give you the option of paying for a truck to move to another unit. This does not resolve the issues and why should you have to pay to move your whole family just so they don't have to do their job. They raise the rent every year and this upcoming year (2023) it increased three times what it normally does. That's $1550 for a three bedroom. There is also an issue with the bathtub that they "patch" rather than fix. The tub has no support in the middle so it sinks and this causes cracks to form over time and water to leak through which eventually starts dripping down into the living room. It's been like that for years. Again, $1550 for nothing but issue and you have no rights to enjoy anything. The repairs mediocre, rent is outrageous and the lease agreent is broken by the owners and representitive they have managing the property.

I have only been here (251 N Washington st in Belchertown) since August. But I can't say enough…read moregood things about this apartment complex and Witman Properties in general. Their maintenance of the property is outstanding! Not only are the lawns cut regularly, but today the maintenance crew were gathering up leaves with a leaf blower. Now, keep in mind, between the 3 buildings the property is well over the length of a football field and just as much wide. So we're talking thousands of leaves here. The time and effort put in to this shows just how much Witman Properties cares! The rent is really reasonable and the heating system (baseboard) is phenomenal! I have been in other homes and apartments with other heating systems and I have to say this is the best system I've seen and it has zone controls for each room! The people running this company are fantastic! When I first got here, the lights in the hallway of my building were out, so I put in a maintenance request thinking, oh, it'll be a while before they do anything. Uhhh...No! Those lights was fixed the next day. Witman properties sent put an electrician to fix whatever issue those lights had. And speaking of lights, the property is well lit all the way around all the buildings. Which is a nice thing when I walk my dog. Yes, they allow dogs and cats. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking of renting an apartment from this company! I know I will be here a long time, that's for sure!
