Needed info, and called, texted and emailed property manager eight days later still no response then I emailed supervisor and no courtesy shown there either. Had to call the president of the association to get the information I needed. My seller warned me that no one ever returns phone calls to him either all in all good luck. No stars. I live at The Laurels in Enfield CT. We experienced some water damage due to an ice damn. Having no experience with this problem I thought I might have a leak. Premier, from the time I reported the issue until 8 months later in July '26 when the issue was resolved avoided numerous calls, texts and emails. Not until the HOA president was involved was any explanation forthcoming. The Premier manager of course tried to make me look like the bad guy. Not unsurprisingly I had had it with being ignored and expressed my anger in no uncertain terms over the phone. If less than Zero stars was a choice they be in the sub-basement of zeroes. If you are an HOA considering a new property run fast and far. Still no changes since my post last year. They've gotten WORSE. The snow plow crew has gotten stuck on our property several times and no salt has been spread on the roads. Sidewalks have not been done yet as of 9:08 am on 2/24/26. 10-12 inches of snow in CT is not a big deal so please DO NOT tell me it is. Premier's Owner (who shall remain nameless and useless) exploits a loophole in the State's Condo Owner's Act and has (2) licensed CAM's. The rest of his staff works under him and have NO WORK ETHIC WHATSOEVER. Our Property Manager has got to be THE WORST. BTW......she is related to the owner ( who shall remain nameless and useless) Work orders in their "GoEnumerate" system hardly ever get acknowledge so we send our requests to our PM and she reads the subject line and sends back an email saying "Thank you" or "Someone will be out next week." Next week never comes. That same "GoEnumerate" system in 2024; instead of taking out one month of HOA fees as authorized on the "portal" took out 3 payments. I have the screenshots if anyone out there is interested. Now I hand deliver my HOA payment in a postal money order so they have no banking or credit card information on file. Many owner's are now, finally beginning to have no faith in Premier and are voicing it loudly. Our Board doesn't care ESPECIALLY OUR PRESIDENT. I said it before and will say it again. There are a ton of property manager companies in CT not on Google. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE CHOOSING A COMPANY WITH SO MANY BAD REVIEWS. They even file their paperwork with the Secretary of State late and have received a few forfeiture of license letters from the Secretary. Run far and fast. You have a choice. Choose wisely. In my personal experience, David was extremely difficult to work with. Communication was consistently delayed, dismissive, or flat-out unhelpful. Every attempt to get clear answers felt like hitting a wall. Instead of professionalism, I encountered what I can only describe as a level of disorganization and indifference that made even simple tasks unnecessarily stressful. The management of the complex reflected the same issues. Problems were ignored, updates were nonexistent, and owners were left guessing about what was happening with their own property. It became clear to me that Premier had no interest in transparency or efficiency, at least based on how my concerns were handled. I was so frustrated by my interactions with Premier -- and with David Karat in particular -- that unloading my unit felt like a relief. That should tell you everything. They flat out lie about not getting service calls and add extra fees if you're not paying attention. Just a bunch of fraudsters. You did not follow the governing documents which clearly say statements should be sent for accounts carrying a balance. The first statement I received was from a lawyers office threatening forclosure with additional 575 in legal fees. So no, you do not follow the bylaws. And the first month I can see my account balance online... extra fees!! read more

Thank you for your response. However, the facts of my situation are clearly reflected in your own records. I purchased the property in January 2020 and personally called to confirm the condo fee and special assessment amounts. At no point did anyone from Premier reach out to me regarding these details. The monthly payment was $330 plus a $100 special assessment for a total of 430$, which I paid consistently. In September 2021, I moved from my prior address and personally updated my new address with Premier Property Management by phone and in writing. In 2022, I called again, spoke with a staff member, and was informed of a fee increase to $336, which I immediately began paying. In 2023, I called again for an update and was told of another increase in condo fee. Which was 346.50. Also all of my checks clearly listing my correct address were deposited by Premier and the Association without issue. The issue lies not with me, but with Premier's lack of communication and poor recordkeeping. Your company never contacted me in 2024 for the most recent condo fee update nor did I receive any ledgers or correspondence about additional changes. I however, called and spoke with the Association and premier as I had evicted a tenant. I never received received any updates of any fee increases during those encounters. Despite being proactive and following up multiple times, I encountered the same pattern of disorganization. Premier's high turnover and lack of accountability make it difficult for homeowners to receive consistent information. I was told verbally in 2022 that the special assessment had ended, yet I was never provided written notice of that or any subsequent fee increases. Your own ledger confirms that I paid two separate increased amounts after moving to my new address clear evidence that I verified my payments directly with your staff. This issue did not arise from my inaction; it resulted from Premier Property Management's failure to maintain accurate contact records, communicate properly, and issue timely notices. I welcome a full review of my account, as all documentation I have provided to both the Association and the Court supports these facts. read more

They really don't care. I've never felt so dismissed. The Condo looks shabby, from the mold growing on the side of the buildings to the paint-chipped banisters. Returns calls? It takes a day minimum. I got someone on the phone the other day to help me with a document for the sale of my unit. At first, it seemed he was helping but he gave me bad information. He was dismissive and rude when I called back to see if I didn't understand the process correctly. I'm selling my condo and will be very aware of reviews if I ever decide to own a condo again. The worst property management company in business they really should be put out of business. The team has never addressed any maintenance needs in my community. Who places a special assessment every year and have never used the money to fix things and the maintenance people are useless. The homeowners clean the hallways in the common area and cut down overgrown trees and scrubs, paint the lines in the decapitated parking lot and for all of this we get the opportunity to be treated rudely when calling to have the garbage truck come to remove the trash or inquire why the heat isn't working once again. They don't deserve not even 1 star. Premier Property Management Services LLC is one of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. They are rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and completely corrupt in their dealings with the board. Instead of serving the best interests of the association as a whole, they play favorites and cater to certain board members while treating homeowners--the very people who fund their salaries--like we are nothing. They consistently fail to fulfill their contractual obligations, lie about their responsibilities, and provide subpar service while collecting fees from owners who expect professionalism and transparency. They seem to forget that they work for the association--which is made up of the owners--not just the board members they choose to align with. This company lacks integrity, accountability, and basic customer service. If you are considering hiring them, think twice before allowing them anywhere near your community. They let their communities fall apart to the point to point where repair is almost financially impossible. They have zero communication. They do not follow the by laws per the community. A "one star" rating is too generous. They do not seem to have a clear cut understanding of their role in property management. Instead of guiding our/my HOA board within the confines of the law and HOA governing documents. Premier takes sides amongst the various owner personality conflicts in what seems to be in their best interests to keep the account. They disregard black and white text on how to hold annual owner meetings and elections as to influence the outcome to their benefit. They never get back to you. My wife and I had a settlement date almost canceled because of premier property management. They never sent docs to the bank. It took 2 requests from the previous owner and our realtor to get the documents. We were told by our title co. If the documents were not in by the end of a particular week in march the settlement would have to be canceled. We were told Premier never called back our title co and realtor . I recently helped a friend bring an item over to his rental property at the Georgetown condo. I know longer live in the area so it had been at least 15 years since I was last there. To say I was surprised by the condition of the property, would be putting it mildly. It looks like the projects in Hartford. Plywood boarding up doors around the pool, mildew all over the siding and trash littered everywhere. What a dump. What's changed? ( property management service ) There is a reason why your company gets poor reviews . You get what you pay for which by the looks of Georgetown, is not much. Trying to conduct the sale of a condo under their management had resulted in delayed closing, a buyer losing their interest rate lock, late appraisal, and on and on. Trying to obtain resale documents was like pulling teeth, these people are paid for a "rush" response on documents & don't respond for weeks, & have to be begged to do their job. They simply don't follow instructions or do as directed, and they could never be recommended to manage any property in good conscience, as they have proven their incompetence multiple times. DO NOT BUY A HOME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company is awful. I purchased my home in September 2023. Premier didn't enter my information into the system until 4/2024. Even though I requested access to my portal every single month so I could pay my HOA fees, I was still charged late fees. They even charged me late fees from the previous owner. They sent my account to collections without ever notifying me. They do not allow me to attend HOA meetings. I have asked how i can attend these meeting and my questions never get answers. They repaired all other walkways except mine. I fell on the walkway and let them know, they won't. respond. They instead send me a violation stating i leave my beloved dog outside lone. The roof on my unit has been having leakage issue for over 5 years now. Water is coming through the ceiling and the walls. Everytime I call management they are never at their desk. I leave messages with no call back. They don't respond to emails, and if do, they have some kind of BS excuse. They claim to "fix" the problem but really have not. They always say they'll send someone out to look and fix. Don't believe them! All empty promises. They pick and choose which unit they want to fix. Our small road was great before this company took over. They hire the cheapest labor to take care of our common areas. They snow plow terrible you can barely get out of the street. Do yourself a favor and don't work with this company. Don't hire them and don't let them manage your property particularly when it comes to community associations. I am unsure how they are with rental homes, apartments, and commercial property, but they are awful with our condominium. They simply don't know how to manage a property. Emails are answered with a generic response of letting the property manager or maintenance manager know but then that is it. Great you let them know, but the next thing is to act on the information that was provided. That isn't done. This results in the tenants having to care for the building more often than the property manager does. I just read the previous review and cannot believe that review ! premier has managed our condo association for 1 yr now and they have been nothing but polite and helpful and saved us thousands of dollars in recommendations in fact he recommended a flooring company by the name of universal flooring unlimited to do our hallways in carpet tile and was cheaper than the other bids by 4k! and they did a wonderful job! David continues to be helpful even though he has staff to take care of issues its rare to find a owner of a large company to have direct contact with clients ...
