I decided to cancel and they made it extremely difficult to cancel. I spent my entire morning dealing with it. I had to call back multiple times, listening to each new person try to sell me on staying, and getting disconnected twice and told I could not speak to a supervisor. One person even told me he canceled my service but did not receive any email verification, so called back and another person told me account was still active. I don't know why companies engage in this behavior because after being a loyal customer for all these years, I would never use them again after this experience, so ultimately they lost me for any future services.
