Yesterday, April 30, I learned a family member was having plumbing issues, which were becoming a critical issue. Knights Plumbing and Drain had some very good reviews, so I decided to call them. My call was quickly answered by a young lady who was very competent and answered all my questions. (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name....Breanne? ) I was happy to learn they had availability first thing the next day. My family member received a call first thing in the morning as promised. Armando and Rob to the rescue! They accommodated her schedule and quickly provided top-notch service . I'm so happy that everything was handled so quickly and so well. Plumber was unprofessional and was not prepared did not even have his tools with him, ended up borrowing ours!! Lied about replacing a washer In our bathroom and did not honor the 30 day guarantee of service they wanted to charge another service fee!! Lady in the office Was Rude and would not let me talk arguing with me and talking over me then hung up on me after telling me to change my attitude, Then would not answer when I called her back. We had a clog in our main sewer line. Leslie got Victor out here right away and snaked the drain fast. It wasn't expensive compared to other companies that had quoted us a much higher number. You never want to have a water emergency on the weekend, but of course that is usually when bad luck strikes. Very pricey. Service was quick, (same day). They stated on the phone that the service call of $99.50 would go the price of the repair if we decided to fix the issue. But they make up for that by charging such high prices for repairs. We should have just refused the repair, but they were already there and we needed the sink repaired. we only have one bathroom, and it was on the weekend. On top of that we had to call them back out the next day as the part that was installed wasn't tightened and was leaking. Our plumber was out of town and we were kind of in a dilemma. After having the time to call around other businesses, and check what our plumber, would have charged, we paid about $200 more with this company. Not satisfied. read more

I rent a home and over the weekend the master bathroom sink and toilet started having problems. My landlord contacted this company Monday morning and they were at the house by 1pm. I really liked the text notification system that shows a picture of the technician who is arriving and what time they will arrive. It's helps to make you feel safe and plan your day. The technicians were very friendly, professional and did a great job resolving the problem. I was so blessed to have Armando come to our house with our plumbing needs, twice already. Wow!! Just wow! My sink got clogged, I called the office and they had someone with in 20 min in my house. Great customer service, effective communication, professional. Our tech Gobler Pineda was punctual, and very professional. He explained what happens and why my si k got clogged, how to prevent future issues and told me about their membership services and offerings without any pressure or anything. Called Knight's today to get a quote on replacing an old garbage disposal that was leaking. Purchased a new one on Amazon so just needed it installed...so I thought. Jason G. was dispatched to my house and was very prompt and was able to give me the estimate within minutes. However, he added that my plumbing configuration was all wrong and that he could fix this as well. I was not expecting this financially, but it needed to be corrected so I agreed to have him do the work. He got right to work on replacing the disposal and correcting the plumbing configuration.
