I was referred by a friend, and could not be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Ploeger is tuned in to her patients, and ALL of their needs. (they even brought me a warm blanket!!!) I had several missing and broken teeth, with a bridge that could not be repaired. (Front teeth, no less). They got me fixed up for far less than any other dentist (4) had quoted my by thousands of dollars! I did not opt for implants, which helped, but I still feel I got so much quality and care for the price I paid, and I do not have insurance. They also accept the Care Credit card, which has great deals on payments/interest rates. I have been to many dentists in the last 40 years, and this office is #1!! THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER MET!…read more I used to be scared of dentists, and sadly I let myself go. I was terrified when I stepped into Dr. Knotek's office, but the staff were VERY friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything to me, no surprises whatsoever. Betty was the dental hygienist that cleaned part of my teeth, followed by Meagan and they are both gentle and friendly. They both assured me that they will make the cleaning as painless as possible, and they absolutely did. Dr. Knotek checked my teeth at the end and the beginning and gave advice and answered all my questions. She really cares about her patients and I appreciate that. Kerry at the front desk is awesome and I enjoyed my experience at this dental office. Sadly I'll be moving out of IN soon, and I wish I discovered this place sooner, but I will most definitely stop by whenever I'm in IN! They were very careful and gentle, making sure I'm comfortable by communicating what was going on, guiding me through my visit, and would make sure I'm alright by checking in on me and asking if there is any discomfort. Very gentle and caring dentists. I appreciate the amount of communication, I've been to countless dentists that hardly say a word, and just take over and leave. That can be very stressful for some people who are uncomfortable going to dentists. But my experience here was so different from my previous dentist's, it was not like that at all. Probably one of my favorite dentists. I greatly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist to visit.

5.0 star rating…read more 8/19/2015 This place is awesome! The staff here are so understanding and friendly. I had a tooth infection and they were able to get me in quickly and solve the problem. The dentist was amazing! He calmly walked me through the whole process and explained any questions I had. He even kept me calm during the extraction of the tooth. It was nice to be able to trust someone with tools in my mouth. I am no longer in any pain and I defiantly will keep coming back! I highly recommend this Dentistry. :)
