She was very kind and had great bedside manner (I'm not sure that's what it's called for a dentist I'm a nurse and that's the term I'm familiar with). They were on time with his appointment which is important to me as a busy mom. The office was fun and appealing to his age range during the short wait time while I did paperwork. They also have a cute token they give them to "buy" a prize from the prize machine at the end of their appointment. Definitely a 5 star experience! Will continue to take my son here and recommend this office to others.

Our appointment was scheduled for 11 a.m., but by 11:35 a.m. my children still hadn't been seen. When I stepped in to check on my daughter after waiting over 40 minutes, Dr. Singh rolled her eyes at me and did not acknowledge my presence. When I calmly asked about it, she replied, "That's just my face," and questioned why she needed to acknowledge me at all. As a parent, that response was disrespectful, unprofessional, and dismissive--especially coming from someone who works with children. If "that's just your face," and you can't control your expression or tone, that's a serious issue in pediatric care. Children notice that energy, too. At our first visit six months prior, Dr. Singh told my daughter directly, "You're not doing a good job brushing your teeth, and that's why you have cavities." During this recent visit, I overheard her make the same comment to another child nearby. This pattern of communication is harsh, not educational, and can make kids feel ashamed rather than supported. Parents and children deserve to feel respected, seen, and safe at their dental appointments. I truly hope the office reviews this behavior and ensures a more compassionate environment for families moving forward.

I loved Dr. McGrath's approach the moment I met him but wanted to wait until the process was basically completed. Dr. McGrath and his wife keep me up to date and informed about each phase of the process and I never had to guess about anything. My mouth and dental health was an absolute mess! But Dr. McGrath used all his resources to reach a good ending. His dentistry expertise never resulted in pain or left me feeling uncomfortable! He is the best dentist ever! I would also like to give a shout out to the fine dentists at Noblesville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery who did the complicated extractions under IV sedation.

Despite my refusal to proceed with the procedure, she insisted she was capable to perform the task. When I explained I would like to have someone else complete the procedure, she told me that there was no other staff available to assist me. Upon my insistence, I remained seated until Dr. McGrath could address the issue, the assistant stormed away. Dr. McGrath attempted to rectify the situation, inadvertently cutting my cheek! Subsequently, he attempted to justify his actions by claiming that he did not grind down the tooth causing the discomfort in the back of my mouth. However, he admitted that he was unable to access the area with the tool to smooth the tooth, despite having done so before securing the crown to grind down the tooth to correct my bite. It is evident that he was not being truthful, as he was unwilling to address my concerns. My tooth was not rough upon my initial appointment, yet it is rough after he grind the tooth to correct my bite. Dr. McGrath essentially accused me of fabricating the issue, which is utterly unacceptable. And still my upper tooth is rough and the bite is off. And I paid money for this!! Overall, the experience was awful and I'm very disappointed. Who treats people like this!?

Dr. Joshi was exceptionally patient and kind. He took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my son felt safe and comfortable. He used visual supports, offered flexible seating, and even gave my son a countdown so he would know exactly when each part of the checkup would be over-no surprises, which was such a relief. The clinic itself is amazing. It's clean, beautifully designed, and clearly created with kids in mind. There are video games, a giant Lite-Brite, wobble stools, flickering soft lights, safari-themed wall art, and wall-mounted animal statues. It's not just a dental office, it's a fun and a calming space that makes a big difference for children, especially those with sensory sensitivities. The staff were equally wonderful: polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone treated us with genuine care and respect. I highly recommend this office to any family, especially those who need a more thoughtful, accommodating approach for their child's dental care.

It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns.
