The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. Throughout the week I called 2 or 3 times to verify that it would be done on Friday as they had told me before. Every time they confirmed that it would be done that day, maybe even Thursday. Now I have made plans to have my car back by Friday and when I called on Friday they told me it wouldn't be done until the next Tuesday. This 8 day project has now somehow turned into a 12 day project with Elmo's not taking any accountability for it. It's taking longer because they don't work on weekends. I feel like I've been lied to all week. Awful experience.
