When she and co-owner Nina (another great stylist I've gone to in the past) opened up their own studio in Marlborough, I brought them a bottle of champagne to celebrate and keep sending clients their way. The studio is in a small house on a busy road, but once you step inside you forget where you are- it's trendy without being obnoxious. The stylists are down to earth, never dressed in matching colors or heels- (why do some salons think severe is the play?) They almost always have music playing, fresh paint and artwork adorn walls, and Candice and Nina are meticulous about keeping their space clean. While I admit, I've tried dying my own hair, trying to cut my own hair on occasion (curls are very forgiving!), I always come back to The Room. I would 100% recommend Candice, Nina, or Olivia as they are all amazing at their craft.

She did a full foil and there's literally zero difference in my hair color. Walked out looking the exact same as I looked when I went in. I reached out with pictures from before and after, and she refuses to issue a refund for the $366 I paid to look the exact same. Now have to spend at least another $200 somewhere else to fix it.
