I was a walk-in appointment and wasn't entirely sure what I wanted done. Veronica was my stylist,…read moreand she is not only amazingly talented at her job but also took the time to listen and help me achieve a look that is hands down the BEST cut and color I have ever had. She is meticulous about details and perfection, and she went through all the options to find something that fits what I was looking for. It was absolutely worth the wait and the cost of services. I will definitely be back!

I went to this salon on a Sunday. Arielle was my hairdresser. I requested a foil, and cut. Arielle…read morewas busy talking to other people, not clients and left the foils in too long as she was chatting. Upon removal of foils, Arielle asks "how light did you want it?" She then looked nervous, went to get some product I did not know what.. and left my hair for over 20 minutes. I Explained the cut I wanted. This was HORRIFYING. I wanted taper to face..she gave me a flip with the bangs and flip turning out snow white NOT BLONDE! I wanted out of there, went to ay the bill and was told 370 DOLLARS!! I said now way! I was a first time customer. She made the run down and mentioned 75 dollars for toner! It does dawn on me then I thought "I have never had toner! my hairdresser (who was unavailable) never had to used it because she always nailed the color! she knocked 100 dollars off so I paid 270 for the WORST COLOR AND CUT IN MY LIFE.!!!! The back of my head was also sore for days from her bobbing my head on the sink edge !! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! no stars at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never made a bad review in my life..but found I wanted to inform people to avoid them having the same pain I have experienced. Darlene H.

I would like to start off by saying how kind my stylist was. I really enjoyed chatting with her…read more She was very thorough. She asked me a lot of questions and took the time to look closely at my hair before she started. Everyone at the salon was extremely kind. The salon is clean and beautiful. It is very clear that everyone there is knowledgable and professional. That being said, I really anticipated giving this salon an excellent review. I brought a picture of the color I was hoping to achieve. Unfortunately, after nearly four hours, my hair was no where near what I was hoping it would be. When I saw a friend later that evening she said, "I thought you were going to get your hair done today?" I'm not necessarily unhappy with the color, but it looks VERY similar to what I came into the salon with. My visit was also a lot more expensive than I anticipated. According the salon's website, the full cost of a haircut is $50 and the full cost of a full foil is $110. However, when they rung me up the total came to $225. I asked for one inch to be trimmed off and received a balayage. I understand that a balayage is not the same as foil highlights, but I wish I had been advised that this service would be a different price. I was expecting the total to be around $160 and only brought enough cash to leave a tip for that amount. I didn't question the price when I was checking out because my stylist was near the front desk, and I did not want her to think that I wasn't appreciative of her time and effort. She really did spend a lot of time with me and was very thorough, but my hair doesn't look much different. I think the toner made the most difference. In February, I visited a five-star rated salon in Nashua, NH. I received the same services, a cut and balayage for $140. I decided to try out this salon because there were so many great reviews online, and I thought that the prices seemed very fair, so I was a bit blindsided by the final price. Lastly, some of the bleach must have gotten on the chair because the shirt I wore to the salon has several spots of bleach on it. I had bought the shirt the day before my appointment, so I was pretty bummed. Overall, I can see why people like this salon. I wish I had a better experience because I really liked it here.
