He truly listens, and his expertise can make any vision come true. Honestly, he should be charging more. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and it's been untouched my entire life-- until Thao. After a few years of seeing him for trims, I trusted him to lighten my natural color and omg. He did AMAZING. One thing to note: a few areas lifted slightly orange, likely because the bleach didn't take evenly in those spots. He explained that we had already done two bleaching cycles and doing more would risk damage, so we decided not to push it. He also offered for me to come back so he can fix those areas, which I appreciated. If you've never gone from dark to light before, just know it takes time and patience. Good vibes there.
