He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint.
