I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. I got home and installed the new pump and it's working just fine. I just found my new favorite appliance parts store!

I called and visited web sites and finally, FINALLY connected with Uriah Denny at CIS. Uriah took the time to listen to what I was dealing with, what I currently had and what I was after. I was also able to get some long nagging CPAP questions answered. Uriah took the time to understand and explain. We had birds make a nest in our dryer vent and the "clogged duct" sensor was going off on our…read moredryer. I called several places and everywhere seemed to have a 2 week wait. I finally found Kevin and he was able to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday afternoon). He cleaned the dryer vent, my lint trap, and even cleaned up all the lint from the laundry room floor! He even installed a new guard on the exterior of the house that will no longer allow birds to get into the vent. If you need help with your dryer of ducts, call Kevin!!
