He actually showed up versus other businesses I had contacted. Unfortunately my washer was over 20 years old and the motherboard was unfixable and was no longer manufactured. I'd left a message b/c our washer had stopped working. He called back in less than an hour and listened as I explained what the problem was. Tracy stayed on the phone with me for close to an hour while he had me run the washer thru a rinse cycle. He didn't want to hang up until the cycle was completed so he'd know the machine was fine, which it was. He explained that sometimes the 'board' just needs to reset itself after the machine had been unplugged for 45 min or more, which we had done earlier. Tracy is a one-man operation and if I could give ten stars here I would! He could have just as easily come to our home and done everything he had done over the phone and charged us for a service call. Instead he walked me through what he thought needed to be done step by step and all was fine. I did a load of wash after we ended the call without any problem at all. I would most definitely recommend Tracy with Charlie's Appliance Svc. 100%. Any appliance issues I may have in the future, I will definitely be calling Tracy!
