This was a timing issue for me and was the best price at the time. The tech talked me thru the process and advised some good advice

A-A Appliance fixed my refrigerator but the water line broke after pushing the refrigerator back in its place. Water leaked for 3 days turned into an insurance claim for me, about $10-12k in damages. Hardwood floor, baseboard, drywall and all ruined and some cabinet damage. Even though I have a case to put the burden all on him, after multiple attempts asking Terry to just pay half of my deductible and not involve his insurance, he never responded to me. I will update this and hope to say he stepped up and did the right thing but currently I would not recommend them. Owning up to all the possible things that could go wrong when repairing other people's things is counting the cost of having and running an honest business. Update: I did hear back from Terry and we are still negotiating how to settle this between us. Unfortunately the original fix to the refrigerator is not fixed. He offered to refund me what I paid. This is doing the right thing and a step in the right direction to share my deductible expenses. An update on the kitchen fix too. Phase 1 water mitigation was $5,000. Phase 2 repairs to the kitchen is $18,000. 5/22 Update: I haven't gotten the $375 back from the fix that didn't work for my repair. Terry told me 8 days ago he would refund me but I still don't have my money back. I really wish all this could've been worked out between us and my comments here would've reflected a better experience. After research and the simple facts of exactly what happened there is overwhelming evidence of his liability and how this will end up. It's unfortunate because a lot of this could've been avoided. read more

Amazing repair. Fixed our washer in 30 mins. We use AAA Appliance all the time. Cost was very reasonable.

Ray did not fix my washer. The washer is holding water and not draining properly/leaking at the bottom. He told me it was the bleach tray? causing this and "cleaned it out". I don't use the bleach tray. He said if it was no better to call back. I called back. Terry said he couldn't get back to me until the following week. No problem. We set up a time. They no showed. I contacted him that day and he said he'd check on where the technician was. I haven't heard from him since. I contacted Terry 3 more times. He will not return my messages. Call someone else if you want something fixed. I paid $79.95 for nothing. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. read more

Very prompt and professional. I used Yelp to assist me with getting my washer fixed. This company responded quickly was very clear and reasonable with the price and service call. The technician contacted me when on the way, arrived on time , diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes explained my options , and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I had AA Appliance Repair come by and look at our Dacor refrigerator. Terry, the technician told me he could repair the problem with the French Door closure flange, but would need to order the part. I paid the $79.95 service fee and told Terry to keep me posted on the part order. I called him after two weeks to follow up. He said the part was still on order. I called him a month later and he told me they closed the plant where he ordered the part. He then indicated that he had ordered the part from another plant. I called him two months later and left him a couple of messages, with no reply back at all. I ordered the part myself last week and received it in two days. I hired Mr. Appliance this week and they installed the new part two days later. Do not waist your time and money with AA Appliance Repair. read more

aaa is a very good repair company he came to repair he told me it was a good washer but the part was on back order and it would cost about 400.00 the part was 225.00 and the labor 200.00 he didn't ha e to tell me i went a got a new one he say call him and he will tell me which one is a good model read more

I discovered my washer was not draining at 5:00 a.m., so I sent out some messages and heard back from A-A Appliance repair by 8:00. Repairman was out to my house my noon and my washer was fixed promptly. Terry could not have been nicer or more professional. Took the time to advise us on a broken refrigerator in the basement and it appears that it will soon be working without any repair cost, as it is simply a frozen part that can be thawed regularly by putting the refrigerator on a timer. He offered to assist by phone at no charge if we ever need anything. You just don't find many great guys like this anymore. After many attempts to find a handyman service to install a range hood I contacted AA Appliance who responded same day and arrived in afternoon. In less than an hour the original hood was removed and my new hood was installed. Tech rewired the hood using original wiring so that hood could be plugged into original wall plug. Tech was personable and friendly and worked diligently to complete the job. A little pricey for less than an hours work but job was well done same day. read more

I hired AA Apliance to replace a drain pump in my washer. The kid that came out to fix it had left with one screw in a wrong hole and 1 screw that wasnt even put back in. Terry had to come back out to redo it. But the part they used lasted 1 yr to the day. Now I have to fix it again. Plus he was about $20 higher then what I was just quoted for another replacement. So I will not use them again. Update: I had another company come out and replace the pump. First AA Appliance use a knock off part instead of an OEM LG part, this was confimed by the new company and me verifying on the internet. Plus they installed the pump upside down and also pinched the drain tube. Which explains why we could not drain it through the hose. So not only did I over pay for service and a cheap knock off part, the fins on the old pump had completly snapped off the motor. read more

I called this man at the number listed on Easter morning. He answered right away. I told him about the problem with my appliance. My refrigerator was making lots of noise and I was nervous about it shutting off or breaking. He kindly gave me instructions to troubleshoot the issue. He did not charge me any money for the call or take advantage of an after-hours or holiday visit. He simply gave me the information in a kind and professional manner and wished me a nice day. Immediate help, troubleshooting issue over the phone and with me, I know I was lucky that day, same day repair and working great ever since. Let me preface by saying that I almost NEVER leave reviews because I am so overly particular, easily disappointed and am generally difficult to please that any review would be contaminated by this. I'm making an exception here because the experience was so outstanding.....from the initial call, scheduling the appt, showing up when promised and making the repair quickly and affordably. Terry Haynes, the owner is to be commended for his personal service and dedication. My Kenmore washing machine got sick....filled with water but wouldn't run. I got on the internet, as the YP don't really work efficiently any longer, found some companies and made a few calls. Terry by far and away stood out above the rest.....not only did he completely understand the likely problem (and told me ahead of time of the probable cause), he offered a prompt appointment day/time and quoted me his fee structure for repair. Terry called ahead of the appt, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (the one of three mentioned on the phone), and fixed it within minutes. He could have easily tried to sell me the actual part that broke (the lid switch) which would have been $50+ above the service call but instead said...."if it were me I'd just bypass it because it will fail again and it's only a minor safety feature".....it's actually helpful in my opinion to be able to open the lid and see how it agitates.....I can stop it just by pausing the cycle buttons. Honest and forthright.....he left the decision to me. Additionally, Terry said if I ever had questions about other issues he gladly accept my call and help me over the phone......no third party without knowledge, no Indian call center.....the actual guy doing the repair looking to improve his service. I'm frankly a little concerned about making this review because my guess is that he'll start to become more successful because of it and I may lose a good contractor because of his company's growth, good attitude and business practices. Our refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Terry at AA Appliance Repair on a Saturday afternoon. He returned my message within an hour, talked me through diagnosing the problem and gave me instructions on how to keep my food cold until he came the next morning--yes, that's Sunday morning! He came on Sunday and temporarily fixed the refrigerator until he came back on Monday to install the broken equipment.
