This was my first time using Knox - Affinity Limousine. I was so impressed with how easy it was to make my reservation and the continue communication letting me know my driver will be ready for me at the airport. My flight came in 30 minutes early and thought I may have to wait a bit for pickup. When I landed, I had a text from my driver Sam, letting me know he was there and provided guidance on where to be so he could come get me. He was very professional and helped me with my luggage. Excellent transportation service! Hired them to pick us up at SLC airport and take us to Park City. The driver was on time and very professional. The SUV was huge and looked like it was brand-new. It was such a good and easy experience we hired them again to take us back to the airport after being in Park City for a week. Wonderful service! It was after 10:00 pm the night before my early morning flight when I realized my flight was at 6:00 a.m., not 6:30 as I had thought. Yikes! My ride was scheduled at 5:00 a.m. and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it changed. I called them up and they answered and changed my ride to 4:30 a.m. without batting an eye. We had a great experience with our two rides. Husain (sp?) was our driver both times. He was early but not too early. We received a text when he arrived. He helped with luggage, had water in the car for us. we requested a booster seat and it was already in the car and in place. He was polite as well. the car was clean and relatively new if not new.
