I along with my sister, who also had an appointment, waited longer than expected to see the doctor, but eventually we got in. Both the technician and the main optometrist i saw were professional, and the tech was very friendly. I am not particularly good with things touching my eye, so I was somewhat uncomfortable but this guy was very helpful making the process easier. All of the people I dealt with working in this office were mostly friendly, professional and organized. The person who had my glasses fitted was particularly nice, making sure all of our glasses fit perfectly and to our liking. There is also free wifi in the building for if you need to use your phone for email or work related stuff while you wait. Overall good experiences so far besides the wait time and the parking area is harder to navigate. Besides this, I recommend this place.
