I just opened the last case and noticed the box was open on side. I was unloading the cans into a storage place I keep. My hand comes up covered in WORM INFESTED FOOD from a broken can at the bottom of the case. The first order was also delivered with 3 cases not in a box but at my front door apparently dropped with cans everywhere. Needless to say I have cancelled all deliveries and won't shop there since I assume the food on the shelves might not be handled properly either. I have received a refund for this order of 3 cases. Amazon is a little bit more expensive but worth the cost not to have this happen again.

Today it took a while to check me in due to computer snafu which is unfortunate as my dog is highly anxious and sat whimpering. No towels in the dog wash so I take him out again to fetch someone and they brought us a towels. Back to dog wash - no grooming leash. Notified staff and they had no answer except "there should be one here". I already take my own shampoo as the last time it was so watered down it did nothing. Still tried to use the bath and wash the dog without restraint to keep him from jumping out. Got that done and dryer didn't work. So not really sure what I'm paying for in the dog wash station except very pricey water.
