After researching, I learned sugar gliders should not be kept alone, so I bought a second glider elsewhere. I found Gliders R Us, where the owner demonstrated genuine care for the animals and confirmed I needed another glider. Unfortunately, after two weeks, my new glider became sick and weak. Despite the Gluders R Us helpful guidance to try to save him, the glider passed away a week later. This experience highlights the importance of accurate information and compassionate care when buying exotic pets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Do not use reptile carpet ever, leopard geckos need to be in a 40 gal tank, bearded dragons are never meant to eat reptile pellets ever, and are supposed to be in a 120 gallon tank minimum 4*4*2. Never feed hedgehogs dried bugs that the owners sample tray has smh fleece is best for the whole cage and bedding is ok to potty train them. The women that's there maybe the owner idk and IDC but she's very very rude af too. They don't know the proper care and are known to sell sick animals. I don't know how they are so popular. Avoid this place like COVID

The young man I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable....this gave me confidence in the Petco location. I was very disappointed with my experience, however, once I got there. While the facility itself has all the physical features I was looking for (easy-access tubs, convenient sprayers that dispense water, shampoo, and conditioner, and multi-level dryers), the customer service was horrible! Registers were left unattended (there were literally no employees to be found), it was hard to find an employee who could help check me in, and even after completing check-in, I wasn't given towels or brushes or an apron (all items that are advertised as being part of the process). At the end of our visit, finally one of the groomers came to our aid with towels, but only after I had to leave my dog in the tub and knock on the grooming window for help. The groomer was the only employee who displayed any willingness to assist...all other employees were literally non-existent (where were they?).

His shop has a variety of corals, fish, and some inverts along with lots of equipment available as well. I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

The floors were nasty and not one employee seemed to notice, or if they did they didn't care. The fish tanks were equally disgusting; the goldfish tank had dead fish on the bottom of the tank with fuzzy rotting carcasses that no one bothered to remove. The other tanks were filthy with sick fish barely swimming. Needless to say, we turned around and walked out. This store should not be allowed to sell fish; they may not be fuzzy little creatures, but they are still living beings and should be taken care of as such. We will never go in that nasty place again.

This year I came back and checked out other products and I found out they have dog food brands that compete with petsmart and petco brands in quality but are nowhere near as close in price. They're 1 hour away from me but the drive is worth it . They have $35 for (50lbs) of dog food . 50 pounds ! At Petsmart they charge $60 for 25-30 lbs of dog food .definitely check them out.
