I do not recommend this grooming service. The groomer who handled my British Shorthair clearly did…read morenot know how to work with cats. My cat has been groomed many times before without any problems, yet here she was labeled "aggressive" -- a convenient excuse for poor handling. The groomer told me right away she would not be drying my cat fully, even before she supposedly discovered any "aggression." In the end, my cat was returned to me soaking wet and not brushed out -- an unprofessional and incomplete service. To charge full price for a job rushed through in about 30 minutes, and then blame the cat, is unacceptable. If this company insists on claiming animals are aggressive, perhaps they should install cameras in their vans to back up those claims. As it stands, this was substandard work, full of excuses, and not what you'd expect from a professional groomer.

I have been there a few times to be sure I gave them the benefit of the doubt…read more Only one was I satisfied. 1) the prices for the grooming goes up every time I go even though the cut on the poodle stays very basic. 2) the quality of the cut is poor; uneven ears, gouged parts where hair is extremely botched. 3) incomplete work, don't do hair in ears or have obvious uneven areas. 4) the price for dog groom doesn't include basic things like trim face and feet, if you want your poodle to have shaved face and feet you'll pay extra. 5) if you're dissatisfied, don't bother bring dog immediately back to show them, they make it worse by trying to fix it. Don't go there!! Unskilled workers and unexplainable pricing.
