They don't have a pharmacy within this particular location though. I have already had both of my dogs groomed on separate occasions and they did great jobs on both. The staff is so friend and helpful, I even had one girl go look in the back to try and find something. She was in the middle of inventory and could have easily said no. They have a large selection of the food brand that we buy and it's always in stock. Since opening this location has already had a couple of adoption days for both cats and dogs. Hopefully they were successful in finding homes for most of the animals.

But the lady I spoke said 24 hours is okay. Then I said well it's one hour off, do you think that's ok. She said no problem. Went to appointment and for that one hour difference, I was turned down at the Vally Ranch! Get it together! I will never come here again!

After recently moving to this area, I took her to this Petco location for grooming. Ivy was at her grooming appointment for approximately six hours. When I picked her up, I discovered that one of her nails had been cut extremely short and was continuing to bleed. The bleeding could not be stopped, so I had to take Ivy to an emergency veterinarian. I was also confused because the service I specifically selected was nail buffing, so I did not expect her nails to be cut. I understand that accidents can happen, but this was a very upsetting experience. I'm sharing what happened so other pet owners can make their own informed decisions.
