I didn't have to do much here, but regardless. I parked in front of the building, and there is not much parking there, but there is a lot of street parking around the area. I was immediately greeted by a nice fellow behind a desk where the register was. The appearance of the interior was that of a shipping office. It was clean, and tidy enough. Smaller than the average post office, but it was empty when I arrived, so it seemed large. There were post office boxes on the right. My business was handled quickly, and I was on my way. I consider this place a gem in the rough for the holidays around the corner. If you have to ship some stuff to family and friends, this place can do that without the crowds and not waste time in line. Give it a try. read more

I've been a customer at EPC Knox Street since 2001 or 2002, and the service has always been great. Convenience is probably the main benefit, but I also appreciate the polite and friendly service. Renting a mailbox is awesome, because they give 24-7 access.....a lot of time, I call to see if I have a package waiting, and they check (this saves a lot of time when you're waiting for something). I've also had keys cut, and sometimes I buy greeting cards (they have some pretty funny stuff). I don't ship a lot of stuff, but when I do, EPC is great, because they can ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and they will tell you which is the cheapest, fastest, etc. I usually box my own stuff before going in, but it's nice to know that they can do the packing, too, if I ever need it. read more

I have found myself needing to use a postal service more these days, and I recently came here to ship a small package. I wanted to pay with a credit card, but my total didn't meet their $3 minimum and I didn't have the cash because I had just spent my last two bucks at Starbucks. They guy that was working there at that time gave me the two stamps for free. When I came back the next week to ship something else, I tried to give them the $1.60 back and they wouldn't take it, said that it had already been rectified in the system. Wow.
