Over priced. They charge .65 cents for .55 cent stamps. You are paying for the location which sometimes is worth it when in a pinch.

This review is specifically for the manager John Powers. Incredibly rude and condescending. I came…read moreto drop off a package that only needed to be scanned into the system. The moment I walk in, John shouts around the corner rudely, "Ma'am! I am on a VERY important phone call, so you will have to wait!". Confused, I ask "just to scan this item?". He replied yes, and I asked if there was someone else to complete this simple task and he shouted "I am here alone". He then proceeded to argue with a client over the phone who was clearly upset about a lost package. I waited, and a few minutes later another patron entered the store to check their PO Box. Miraculously, John is now able to walk out (still on the phone with the upset client) and come over to scan my package (which was done in the same amount of time it took him to explain to me why he couldn't do it in the first place). I looked at him and said "see how easy that was?", and he snapped back "it sure was!". He was clearly having a bad day but needs to remember not to take it out on your customers.

Showed up at 8 to try to hit it right when it opened only to find a locked door and a "back in 5…read moreminutes" sign. It's 8:15 when he rolls up....btw it ends up being $32 to ground ship something that weighs a pound! FedEx- I never should have strayed. Update- owner responded, which I appreciate. My counterpoints- 1)if he was helping another customer, he did so before opening the store as I arrived early. Also, if it's a common occurrence to have to leave the store locked and unattended, maybe you should hire up? 2) fair play on pricing.

Maybe I'm out of touch after moving from Orange County to Dallas, but at $237 including delivery,…read morethis arrangement missed the mark on value. The flowers themselves are lovely and nicely arranged, but I paid extra expecting a substantially larger display. What arrived looked more like a standard arrangement than a premium one. You can see the paper towels next to the flowers for scale. At this price point, the scale simply didn't match expectations. I thought Dallas was supposed to be cheaper than California? In Orange County, for $200 I'd have a HUGE arrangement of flowers.

I felt like I should leave a review to warn people about this place because I depend on reviews…read morewhen finding services for myself. A friend of mine sent flowers from this place and they arrived looking old and wilted. I was on a call in another room when they arrived so picked them up about 4-5 minutes after they were delivered. The woman went on and on trying to convince me that she showed I had called them nine minutes after the flowers had been delivered. I explained to her that that was including the time it took me to bring them in take a picture, look at the card, etc, but it didn't matter - she was just absolutely convinced that the imaginary nine minutes in the sun caused all the problems. Ridiculous. (Even if they had been sitting nine minutes, which they were not, the porch is covered.) Anyway, she offered to bring a new delivery (not in a very nice way) and I accepted because I knew I needed to send a picture to my friend. If I had ordered them myself, I wouldn't have even bothered. The new delivery was slightly fresher, but it is now two days later and they are looking sad and tired, and I will probably need to toss them in the next day or two. (I already tossed a few stems tonight). I have AC on the entire time in my house. It is not the weather; it is just the quality of the product. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering flowers from them.
