I know I should have made it in earlier because he certainly deserves to go home on time! terrible experience, We went there to get some documents notarized at 7.15 pm.The guy said that they dont notarize after 7 pm and asked us to come back next day.I thought the notary had left for the day. Next day - it was the same guy to notarize.Curious,I asked him why he didnt notarize the previous day - he said he didnt know how many documents I had,and so he didnt want to stay past store closing time( they close at 8).Well - he could have just asked and it doesnt take 45 minutes to notarize 16 pages. Also the charges are ridiculous.10 dollars per document( that is the most they can charge and he charged the most)!! Never go there again read more

Absolutely the only place I ever mail things from anymore. Eagle Postal Center is a beacon of light amid the darkness that is navigating standard US Postal Service locations. I've sent numerous packages from here over the years, to locations all over the world. They are always helpful and efficient with Customs forms, and I have never had a problem. Shipping is available through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. They print labels for you and keep a database of addresses you've sent packages to previously (this is a HUGE convenience for me personally). I always receive an emailed receipt detailing the transaction with the tracking number included. Unbelievable! Like others have mentioned, I receive much better service from here than anywhere else, and I should have written this review years ago. I will absolutely never go anywhere else and now that I know they also cut keys (OMG of course they do, they have everything including CBD oil for sale) this is where I'm going for that too. I ship all of my Poshmark items out of here and they pack it for me and it's always shipped quickly for a super low price of $4 max (because I choose to have them pack the items). The absolute worst! Came in to drop off a package, my label wasn't clear so the gal asked me to email it to her then I go to leave and she asked me for $3 bucks for the "service"'she provided .... woahhh happy to pay a few bucks they didn't at all tell me there was a charge before asking me to send another label to be printed. I was impressed enough with their service that when we moved our company, I decided that I wanted to use them for our company mailbox. We receive large shipments of equipment and a lot of payables - which I used to always worry about (and often got lost) at the local post office. I no longer worry. I usually don't write reviews but this business is amazing! I went in needing to print out a great amount of paperwork, some in black and white and some in color and also get copies of other items. After that I had to fill the paperwork out and have it notarized and shipped out. I realized they made copies for keys so I also went ahead and got myself a set of keys. I forgot to get her name but she was very friendly and patient with me through out the whole process. She always kept a smile and always offered further assistance. I seriously have never felt so comfortable asking for so many things at once. I definitely recommend this place if you're needing any of the services I mentioned. The center has raised rates and decreased service. For example, the billing is issued with very little time to respond. As box holder that pays annually, be threatened with late fees and not believed when I assure the company representative that the check was mailed, I paid twice - two annual payments (one check and one credit card to avoid punitive late fees). Furthermore, they change door access codes without informing box holders. Or maybe they have carelessly left it broken. They close claiming the center is being renovated, leaving my deliveries to be on complete limbo. Fortunately, I had a friend willing to accept my mail, while paying Eagel, for the inconvenience. If you have a business, I do not reccomend. The new owners are a change for the worse, as far as customer service. Seems less service higher rates are a winner for the owner. I've been a box holder for decades. That will surely change. I sat in front of the location, for 14 hours waiting to collect certified mail which I have been denied access to. Boo. read more

I absolutely hate the post office. I don't think many people can disagree with me on that sentiment. It seems like people there legitimately don't want to be there and you're an inconvenience to them. Even though there's one right in front of where I live, I will avoid going at all costs. However, not too far away from me is Eagle. The folks here have always been delightful and they legitimately care about you as a human being. When you walk in, you are greeted with usually really nice people who seem to genuinely care about what they are doing. If you're like me and absolutely can't stand the post office - Eagle is for sure the place you need to go. They also cut keys and have an array of greetings card in case you forgot it's someone's birthday and need to mail something ASAP. I really like this Eagle Postal Center. Great location with plenty of parking. They make keys perfectly and have a wide selection of greeting cards and shipping materials. But what I like best is the wide selection of great stamps. I even picked up some "forever" Christmas stamps this week. The guys are a bit serious, but sooooooo much better than the employees at the USPS center at Greenville and Lovers, where the women take out their bitterness on the customers. I recently paid this business to pack and send my package with my pre-printed label. They lost my package and now blame UPS for not scanning it. Steve promised to help with the claim including providing video footage of UPS picking up the parcel. All lies. They never helped me with a claim or finding my package which I'm out 539.00. The owner is a thief and a scam. Beware of this business as they are dishonest and deceitful. read more

I called and talked to the NICEST person (I think her name was Lane or Elaine). She even offered to come out to my car to get my piece of very important mail. My mom has been going to eagle postal for 18 years and has had no problems. She has to send important immigration stuff through certified mail and it always gets there on time. It's always easy to do anything here. She also has a PO box with them. My mom makes me run errands here and it's really easy and fast. This place makes it so I never have to go to the US post office again. It is fast - I've never been there more than a few minutes, even when shipping numerous packages. Everyone there is very helpful and efficient. I think the people at the counter of my area US post office are nice too but the wait is obscene. I also find this Eagle Postal's prices better and you can just give them something to be shipped and they pack it up for you for free. You can also buy stamps, cards, shipping supplies, etc. They have a mail slot for regular mail, too. Have only had good experiences here and find I always leave impressed that I got in and out so fast and spent less than expected.
