Yet, it seems the constant positive is whenever people interact with "Dennis." I knew when he was the one who responded to my e-mail inquiry, I was starting off on the right foot. From the e-mails to the phone calls, pleasant and personable demeanor - and never seemed bothered. Conveniently was able to drop off the vehicle the night before, using their key drop, as they needed it all day for their 'Full Service' package. Now they did have their work cut out for them when it came to detailing this car, as you can see by the pics. This is the wife's daily driver and she used to have apologize before people got in it. LOL. When she picked it up, she was elated and stated that she "couldn't stop smiling." Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, it looks like a brand new car. The only thing that was possibly overlooked was it seems that the headliner wasn't cleaned. Also, moving the shifter it seems there was gunk underneath that could have simply been wiped. But this is minor, especially with what they had to work with in the beginning. Not to mention, Dennis went above and beyond when it came to the wax job. Something I didn't even complain about. Customer service is definitely his forte and he definitely pulls out the stops to make sure the customer is happy. You may pay more than some random you may find on social media, as those randoms don't have to pay building overhead costs. Yet, you will definitely get quality and being able to get your car taken care of as they can detail your vehicle out of the elements, is definitely a plus.

I have been a repeat customer as every time I leave their business with my car feeling as if it is brand new inside and out. They are flexible with their scheduling and will make sure they take care of you and your vehicle. Additionally, if you look for good deals often times they offer E gift cards at discounts and you can save money on a detail by pre-ordering one of the gift cards ahead of time when they're on sale. I've done this and managed to get one of their top packages for nearly half off. Great business that cares about their customers and community.

Practically every single car wash on the planet provides free vacuum with any wash--$4 for a vacuum session after a $10-$20 wash is absolutely ridiculous.

I was riding by and really wanted a self service place to just knock all the dust off. At first, I thought it was a drive through type. But I like the fact that you have a choice. I'm not sure if the drive through washes are touchless or not, but if you're in a hurry, that would be a good choice. I had 7 one dollar bills, plenty of time, and needed a quick wash. I can't remember what it costs to start the wash, but long story short, I put 6 of my bills in and had no problems. But it wouldn't accept my last bill. It wasn't creased or anything different than the others. Every time you deposit a dollar, you get an extra minute and(I think) 20 seconds. I wasted 30 seconds trying to get the machine to take my money. The wash had stopped and I had foam all over the hood due to trying to get the extra dollar in to be able to rinse and drive off. You can see the timer and I knew I was fighting a losing battle. But I ended up using my credit card just to rinse . I really didn't want to use my card because I figured $5 would've been plenty, but their brushes are different than any other I've ever seen. It's small and round. They know that you'll use extra time because of that brush. I like the rectangular kinds that you can run across your car with. That round brush and the skinny hoses added too much time. The skinny hoses kept getting caught on my side mirrors. Also, I didn't see a slot for quarters. I had a few dollars in my coin pouch and would've used them instead of running my credit card.

I called and texted owner multiple times with no response, eventually leaving after about 30 minutes. I received a text back 45 minutes after my appointment time saying he was now home. I decided to go back and continue with the detail. Given he said it would be finished in an hour and a half max, I decided to wait on my car instead of dropping it off and getting a ride. The detail wound up taking three hours. He was very disrespectful of my time, and what should have taken a couple of hours, took half of my day due to his unprofessionalism. Then, at checkout, he asked for a tip. And he left soaking wet mats in my trunk. Additionally, he never acknowledged or apologized for his extreme tardiness. It also turned out that he had two clients booked at the same time. The other client, which also had a 9:00 AM appointment, had originally been told when making his appointment that his vehicle would be finished by late morning/early afternoon but once at the appointment, the owner told him he wouldn't be able to start on it until the afternoon. If looking into booking this service, keep in mind the business location is at his house, and the owner does not give that heads up when making the appointment and he provides no waiting area. Also, just because you have a reserved appointment time does not mean that is when he will be working on your detail, which he also doesn't provide this info when booking.

Being a woman it's always a toss up bringing my car in to a mechanic and bracing to be "talked down too" about what needs to be done. But not here! A&R respected me, understood that I already knew what I needed done and never tried to upsell me in anything. Their diagnostic check comes with photos showing you exactly what they find and they were so friendly going over everything with me on the phone and discussing what I should do in the future for tune ups without trying to push me into anything today. My battery terminals were replaced and my car was seen and repaired in about a 3 hour turn around! Pricing seems fair, repairs are never cheap and diagnostic prices are on par with dealerships. I feel like my money was well spent with a crew that cared! Will be my new go to mechanics in town for sure. Thank you!
