Josh clearly outlined which materials were needed and we collaborated to ensure Josh and ourselves knew exactly which side was responsible for said materials. As a result, on the first day of the project, all the materials and supplies were onsite and ready. On day one, 805 Construction arrived on time (which was a pleasant surprise based on our past experiences with other contractors) and Josh himself was onsite with his crew instead of subcontracting the job out. After a brief walkthrough, they got to work - Josh and his team were efficient but never rushed. Every cut, joint, and transition was precise. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the finished space looks absolutely incredible. This is despite the fact that we live in an older home with uneven floors and wavy walls, which Josh navigated expertly. Where some contractors might shrug these challenges as something that "looks good enough," Josh tackled them head-on to ensure a flawless finish in the same manner that he would if it was his own home. Additionally, while chatting with Josh, we casually mentioned some subpar work that a different contractor had done for us in the past, which resulted in a massive uneven grout line in our bathroom. Josh advised that the issue could be mitigated by using a white silicone. The next day, Josh said that he had brought the materials to actually fix the grout line for us, without additional charge! True to their word, their equipment never drove on or touched the new concrete, and the wall is right against it. My neighbors landscapers began work on their yard and left the yard unfinished for nearly a month before returning to finish. Anastacio is easily the best excavator and skid steer operator on the planet. I used a skid steer to dig and level my patio area.
