I love oriental markets in general. The positives here are the cleanliness and the wide variety of products, including ready-made hotpot meats and wagyu plus they have a wide variety of fresh cooked foods for grab-and-go. The negatives are that it's small and there aren't many fruit and vegetable options. The service wasn't anything special, except for the cashier being friendly. Prices were reasonable too.

Me and my daughters love this place! We love to get some of our favorite treats. Today we tried a bakery item that was bread and custard cream. I'm so glad I bought 2 because it was so good! It was soft, buttery with just a touch of sweet. They have a variety of goods and we love trying new things from there. We will be returning and trying more of the fresh store items. The customer service was great and the staff were very helpful!

Always a hit! Love stopping by when we're in the area. Every samgak-gimbap (similar to Japanese Onigiri) I've tried so far have been fantastic, and their banchans too! They also have great prices on canned hot pepper tuna and kewpie mayo. Very clean store with lots of treats and grocery items. Depending on day and time, parking lot can be busy. Highly recommended!

Love this grocery store! I found out about this store from tiktok. They do sell asian products but primarily Korean products here. The employees are very professional. They also sell the viral fruit ice cream here. I loooove the spicy pork stew I bought from them. I served it with white rice and kimchi and it was delicious! I also bought Sapporo since my brother been wanting to try some Japanese beer.

Finally, a Korean market in this area!!! I was excited to hear this opened because it's closer to my mom's place. She took me here last night, and it did not disappoint. It brings shame to the K-markets in my Tampa neighborhood. Even though this is a korean market, they still offer other asian country goods. It's small but has pretty much everything you need from the essentials to things you can't find just anywhere. They carried items that I normally have trouble finding back home, such as hondashi and bonito flakes. Their produce was fresh with a nice selection for asian dishes, and the store is kept extremely clean. They have a section for home and kitchen goods as well. They offer assortments of kimchi, korean side dishes (known as banchan), and a section for quick to make packaged korean dishes (these are SO good). The snack aisle has a variety of good treats. On your way out, you can grab some homemade korean food that's first come, first serve like kimbap. If you're new to korean food or culture, I suggest trying kimbap, which kind of looks like sushi but tastes different. Cha-meh when in season is a yellow melon and also worth a try (your choice whether you want to scoop seeds out or eat with them); this is in one of my pictures below. Snack aisle recommendations- honey butter chips (highly coveted) or honey butter nuts, chocoheim, & roasted chestnuts. You can't go wrong with pocky or the koala snacks. The shrimp crackers shaped like fries are tasty if you like seafood. Drink aisle recommendations- Korean pear or korean rice drink. Ramune (japanese) is also good if you've never tried it. Other recommendations- Kewpie roasted sesame salad dressing (omg) and microwavable rice (for emergencies). I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extremely nice and very helpful. Customer service here is great, and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely have to try and stop by before my trip back to Tampa and get my cooler ready to bring back some korean groceries, lol!

Koa Mart is a new Asian grocery store in the Village Shoppes of Coconut Creek, an open air shopping plaza on the corner of 441 and Wiles Road in Coconut Creek. Koa Mart specializes in Korean food but they also carry the ingredients you would need for Chinese and Japanese dishes. The store has a freezer and produce section along the perimeter and the pantry items are in the middle of the store, Popular items include ramen noodle cups, mochi, frozen dumplings, and Japanese sake. My favorite section was the snack and sweets aisle with fun flavors of chips and cookies including Hi-Chew, pocky, and shrimp flavored chips. They also sell kitchen gadgets, novelties, and even beauty products. I recently had popcorn with kimchi seasoning and it was addicting, I plan on coming back for that seasoning and some of the thinly sliced beef ribeye for Korean BBQ. The store is so clean and bright. It was bustling with happy shoppers and smiling staff ready to help. What a great addition to the plaza. I am so glad that this market opened in my neighborhood.

Brand new Korean market off of Wiles and 441. It's big, bright and clean. Plenty to choose from. There's a nice section of fresh vegetables and if you like Kimchi, I highly recommend the fresh homemade in the refrigerator section. If you like beef the Korean thin sliced beef looked very nice. There's also some different seafood in the freezer section. I was able to get some cuttlefish which I haven't been able to buy here in Florida. Nice selection of soups, dumplings and condiments. The store is organized and it's easy to find things. A very nice store and the staff is wonderful and helpful. I'm a fan of Asian markets so I know I'll be back.

I am here every week for the past 2 months. They have very nice produce and different stocked items. They seem to be fully stocked each time I go in. The young staff at the counters/registers are very very friendly and the service is always great. I have tried the prepared foods but I have to be careful because when they say spicy they really mean spicy. The sushi is always FRESH. I have not been to many marts like this but I can say I love this one.

I came here wanting to check out the noodle selection which I found to be very decent. They have a minimum amount you can use with a credit card, so bring cash if you don't plan on getting very much.. it's a pretty decent size location. I did see that they had matcha so I may go back for some of that. I didn't have much of an interaction with anyone, so I can't speak on that. All in all, I saw a few things that I might want to come back for.

Went on opening day around 6 pm. Really wanted to get the prepared kimbop but they were sadly already sold out. They did recommend coming in before 3 pm if that's what you are looking for because it's a popular item that sells out quickly. I did get an assortment of frozen foods to try like some frozen teobokki and japchae frozen dumplings. The prepared japchae was very good and a great quick lunch addition if you're in a pinch. Definitely recommend trying the pickled radish, they have an entire refrigerated section with just that. If you are familiar with Korean bbq I would say their selection of meats looked really good and well marbled and will def go back to get some for a kbbq night in. There's also a bunch of Japanese snacks and products as well like mochi and poki. Everyone working there was extremely nice as well with the women at the register trying her best to see if there was any kimbop I could get my hands on. The store is small but full of options non the less. They have appliances, beauty products and even a small produce section. If you have ever wanted to try Korean products or different ramens I would highly suggest checking them out. read more

This cute little market is the best korean mart in SFL! The location is nice and the staff is SO FRIENDLY. They have wonderful service and are willing to help you with anything! I saw another review that they walked other customers to their cars with umbrellas when it was raining. They have fresh produce, snacks, kitchen items, freshly made and packaged lunch foods and more. Decently priced foods with a wide selection of international products from various countries. Great london if you are looking for specific products. Also the food needs to be cooked right after purchase they don't last long refrigerated I'm assuming that's the reason for the lower prices. Proceed to move. read more

This is my new favorite store! So happy that there's a good korean market near my work. For a soft opening they are very well stocked! There are still some empty shelves but they said they are getting more deliveries, which means more goodies to come. They have Kanu coffee which is my go-to coffee. The Dolce Latte is sweet and creamy! They also have bibigo kimchi which I couldn't find anywhere else except online. But by far the best is their homemade toboki, fried seaweed rolls and kimbap!! So good! We had it for lunch and it just hit the spot! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was raining as we were leaving and they walked the other customers to their car with an umbrella, that's great service! read more

BEWARE: advertises sale items but does not have the product In stock. Agrees to issues 'rain check' , but when product comes in they refuse to honor. I always try to support small local business but will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do same. It's simply not right. All I ask is for owners to business with honesty and integrity. When you make an agreement with your valued customers, YOU HONOR IT. Stay away, I don't want others to be disappointed. please shop elsewhere , where prices are much better and you feel good about the business you support. read more

Visited a few days ago. Was immediately greeted by friendly staff and noticed how clean and organized the store was. Lots of options to choose from. Tried the kimchi which was delicious, and also purchased many different snacks and a bottle of soju. Will be going back. Next time probably earlier so I can catch some food options before they sell out for the day, haha. read more

They have all the goods, snacks, ramen, ice cream, frozen stuff and premade food so you don't have to blow up the kitchen trying to replicate it. Awesome service, fantastic snacks and it's just nice to be in. Also having a Korean market that's nearby, is so convenient! The have an Instagram where they show you the fresh food they have for the day and everything! read more

What sets it apart is the nutrition--low sugar, high protein, and packed with probiotics--so it feels more like a smart snack than a cheat treat. The classic size has 35 grams of protein. I ordered the vanilla in a kids size cup with berry topping and granola. Each cup comes with 2 toppings to choose from. The size was just about right for me. They do offer 3 size cups(kids size, classic and signature). They offer a good range of toppings, from fresh fruit to crunchy granola or even chocolate. The inside had a nice decor that was clean and modern. I recommend you check the hours beforehand because during the week it opens at 3:00pm and weekends at 1:00pm until 10:00 at night. The service and staff were helpful and kind. They let me sample the yogurt before I bought. Plus, there was a new flavor to try. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back soon!

I stopped by today and it was so nice! I loved how I was greeted as I walked in and I liked how organized and clean it was. The employees were very knowledgeable about the products and were happy to answer any questions I had. There's so much variety of food and my favorite was the premade food items in the freezer section. There's also so many snacks and I can't wait to try it all when I get home. I will definitely be returning and it's a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! read more

I went here yesterday because I wanted to try something different and let me tell you, as soon as you walk in, nothing but good vibes. I got a couple things to try out and I love it, I will definitely be going back to try some more different things. Everyone was so sweet and the lady who checked me out was even sweeter.
