It looks like shit, it squeaks, it creaks and the wood is cracking, they are only 2.5 years old. Oh did I mention it looks like shit? We paid $10,000 for these crappy results. The installers used the wrong tools to install the railing and destroyed our just installed hard wood floors!!! Oh and the installer brought his 4 year old kid to the 12 hour job at my house and let her walk all around my house. Justin had his "expert puddy lady" come and fix the floors. She did nothing but put the wrong color of puddy on and smear it around. I ended up fixing her terrible job. You can see the pictures below of the crap install. If you plan on having a nice staircase installed look elsewhere!
