Those pictures I posted are an example of the repairs that were supposed to be done after inspection of my camper cover. $150. Some inspection. I don't believe much effort went in to this job. I guess this is an example of a business living off a years ago reputation. Very disappointing. They had it for 2 months. I took it out to put it on and boom this. I should have looked at it when I got it. I just didn't think I needed to. It's Koch! Of course it done right. Not so much anymore I guess. Paid 400.00 cash for leather upholstery reinstall on both Driver and passenger doors. I was told that they would take off the leather , take out the old padding and reinstall new padding . They were going to take the leather off and recondition it to soften it up to reinstall it factory condition . Well none of this happened none of it. They did not remove the leather they separated it only halfway down the door and then reinstalled it with the new padding ( padding is double the thickness of the original padding so there is a Height difference were both putting meat to one another ) . When I called the store and told them that I was not happy with their job and it is also re-separating inside the seams that are tucked . The guy that perform the work couldn't even hang around for me when I picked it up so I had to go to I guess his mother at the front desk to get my keys to pick it up. I even had to drive it out of their warehouse. He didn't even bother to show up explain to me why he did such a crappy job. I had to take my car home and already been there for four days and I was not gonna leave it there ... When I talk to the owner he told me that that was the best he could do because he couldn't get the old glue off ( meanwhile the glue they put on is seeping through the leather in spots and is glue on areas on my door skirts . I will be placing pictures up in the next few days so everyone can see just how bad of a job they do. Everyone else was half the price and they told me they could have it done in a day but I decided to go here because it is hometown and I want to keep the money in my city. Boy I really shot myself in the foot Thanks for the crappy work FYI - I have another shop that I'm taking my car to and they told me that they would fix it for half price due to another upholstery shop doing such a crappy job ( I could've bought brand new for 500 but I wanted to keep original ) I show my car at car shows and I will be letting everyone know that asked me ....... read more

The woman I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable concerning my upholstery needs. The chair was said to take two weeks, but much to my surprise it was completed in 3 days. The price was a little higher ($275 for labor as I already purchase fabric) than I would have liked, but all in all I am happy with the work that was completed. read more
