Don't get me wrong most of the time I come in on Sundays or early in the afternoon so as to miss the rush. But I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Value for your money depends on your situation. I tend to come when it is cold since I hate to change my own fluids in the cold. I also prefer not to change antifreeze since it is hard to dispose of. I have never had an issue with over 20 different vehicles I have brought in for service over the years. I do recommend this location. I haven't been to the others in the area and I can say staff tends to change a lot but still good overall service.

So I'm happy I've found Christian brothers. They have been very transparent, have great service and fair pricing. The staff is constantly pleasant and responsive. We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

We always get the standard oil change for high mileage vehicles and they always have a list of other services that they can do depending on what's needed at the current mileage. We've had the fuel injection service and the radiator flush and also had the cabin air filter replaced. There's a huge glass window so you can see it getting done while you sit in the nice, clean waiting room. The service was slow for an oil change and rotation taking nearly a half hour and I had to explain to the tech repeatedly what needed to be done and not done. The service was very friendly and welcoming but only one tech actually seemed to know anything about cars. At the end of the day it comes down to price. If they're charging what others charge for premium fluids while using their own brand there's no way in good conscience I would recommend anyone from using their service. Fluids and quality of fluids matter and when paying a premium you want a premium product and service.
