After we drove away, the same thing happened a few days later. They checked things out again, made some adjustments and released the van to us. Again, the same thing happened again, so we had it towed to the Kia Dealer. The Dealer determined that the "After Market" Alternator was the problem and replaced it with a "Kia" Alternator, and things are fine now. This was an unusual problem, and they were very professional in how they handled everything. They agreed to reimburse us for the new alternator. Despite this problem, I would still do business with them and encourage others to use their services.

Don't get me wrong most of the time I come in on Sundays or early in the afternoon so as to miss the rush. But I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Value for your money depends on your situation. I tend to come when it is cold since I hate to change my own fluids in the cold. I also prefer not to change antifreeze since it is hard to dispose of. I have never had an issue with over 20 different vehicles I have brought in for service over the years. I do recommend this location.
