She then proceeds to tell me that they'll get them done as soon as they can and can bring it back in for the alignment that they would give me a certificate for it. So they rushed and had my car done in 25 minutes. Hopefully the job was good but I don't know because it was done so quickly even though my car been sitting there for an hour and a half with an appointment. This situation caused me major stress as my daughter is special needs and being left at school with no one to pick her up can cause complications for her. There's no need to make an appointment because they will not honor the appointment and they don't care if it causes you any inconvenience at all.
