Put a dent in the rear driver's side of my 1973 Land Yacht Airstream - wouldn't own up to it Did not secure down larger awning. My hauler had know idea that All Campers would leave the awning unattached after they did work on it. It fell off! All Campers charged me $400 to reattach to the trailer when they caused the problem. Workers smoked cigarettes and left butts inside my trailer. Screen door latch put on wrong and they used a latch that does not spring, unlike the original. Latch also positioned incorrectly. Screen door they bent. Has to be shut by pushing front bottom of the door, opposite the hinge side. Screen door shut correctly before All Campers "worked" on my trailer. I advise : Do Not Use This Serice because there is NO service

We had the roof replaced on our 5th Wheel camper November 2024. We took a trip in June 2025 and the…read moreroof let loose at front of camper. We were 6 hours from home and no RV repair places within 4 hours of our location. We ended up taping a tarp to the roof until we were able to bring it back to them for repair. They admitted it was their fault an said they would repair it. They did not replace the roof, they spliced it leaving large ripples in the back half of the roof. They chalked the front portion with at least half inch of caulking which is already cracking. We sent an email to the owner/manager along with a video of the roof asking for him to call us after he reviewed the workmanship. We have heard nothing. We are extremely unhappy. We know we will have issues and are checking our options. This same company was supposed to have winterized our camper while they had it on their lot awaiting the roof replacement. They did not. We drove the camper to Florida in February and water started leaking out on the floor. When we got to FL we hooked up the water cautiously and the outside faucet shot water everywhere and water poured onto floor under sink. The water heater had not been drained and had a large crack in it. Due to our rural location and limited service people in the area we were not able to get it repaired for several weeks. Luckily my husband is handy and repaired the outside faucet and bypassed the hot waterheater. All Camper sent us a new water heater but the same model wasn't available. My husband had to install it with many modifications to the plumbing connections and wiring. Also new faucet they put in was also not install properly. We had to modify that also so it would retract properly. So we are NOT pleased with work completed by this company. We are currently checking out our legal options to recoup cost of roof.

They also repaired a…read moreslide out issue on my camper, and I am very thankful to them for having caught that issue, as I had not noticed what was wrong. Doug and his crew seem very friendly, and given the shortage of technicians that can perform whole roof repairs, I must admit that I was thankful that I found them at all. However, I had, and still have concerns with the job that was done. The repaired slide out makes weird noises, silicone caulking was used on my roof, and I'm concerned that some of it is even separating a bit. The rear backup camera was installed upside down, connected to the wrong circuit, and the antenna was missing. I had asked him about that, but never heard back. There were also nails protruding into the interior of the camper after the job was done, but when I brought that up, they said that they didn't believe it was an issue with their repair. I just got the sense that some details got missed, and I'm spending more of my time than I would have expected doing follow-up fixes.

When I arrived at the camper everything looked in order or so I thought. My neighbors at the camper sent me a photo of the roof of the slide out. It was filled with leaves and branches. I did not have a good roof seel. I texted J & S. They were rude. He said it's extra to go up on the roof, but I was never told that. In previous winterizing they always went up on the roof, especially for $250. He put the blame on me. Very rude, again. He was not planning on resolving this or making the customer happy. He could not of cared less. I definitely would not recommend this company. Very poorly run. The owners or owner is rude and not helpful.
