I appreciated the honesty but should have been told on the phone that the price was for scratch and dent no warrant. There was clear damage to all. We picked one out that was the best of the selection then asked about warranty and how old the unit was and he became agitate. He had no idea. We were taken to an office stepping over a multitude of tools and parts the entire way. He handed us a paper for a different unit something I could have printed. I really wanted to give this guy a chance Even tho my gut said run. The process of getting estimates printed was slow. The more questions we asked the more up set the older gentleman got. First estimate was several hundred more then quoted on phone he admitted it was with out us saying. I asked for the air conditioner quote and before he finished he said "I feel like Im just wasting my time here, you already have other quotes. I said yes we had made calls. I asked if he could print an estimate for the air conditioner again. He basically said he was done with us. We got up and left. I don't know what the issue was this is the process of doing business. My gut said these guys are not on the up and up. Place is scetchy, very messy, no clear information on their work or products. Prices are only about 100$ cheaper than other places. There is a reference to being thankful to God on the homemade sign I was hopeful of a positive experience. I prayed while i was there. God clearly made the decision for us as the guy practically threw us out.

When I arrived at the camper everything looked in order or so I thought. My neighbors at the camper sent me a photo of the roof of the slide out. It was filled with leaves and branches. I did not have a good roof seel. I texted J & S. They were rude. He said it's extra to go up on the roof, but I was never told that. In previous winterizing they always went up on the roof, especially for $250. He put the blame on me. Very rude, again. He was not planning on resolving this or making the customer happy. He could not of cared less. I definitely would not recommend this company. Very poorly run. The owners or owner is rude and not helpful.
