Picked our correct dates, and then had email correspondence with one of the owners, Tina. The email header/subject was our correct dates. We had booked this house about 9 months in advanced to be very prepared. It was me, my husband, baby and 2 other couples. I even emailed tina a couple weeks before because I had a bad feeling and confirmed again the dates we were coming (April 2019) where she agreed. Two days before we were set to arrive I emailed them again and confirmed there would be a crib. Tina responds "yes we will have a crib for you for your trip in 2020". Naturally I freaked out and asked tina to call me she called me and I explained all our emails and conversations have mentioned the actual dates. She pretty much acted like it wasn't her problem and I hung up on her. I think she looked back at conversations because when my husband called her she was incredibly apologetic and gave us a full refund (ONLY REASON THEY ARENT GETTING 1 STAR!). She explained that she looked everywhere for somewhere to put us but every single thing on the island was booked. Lucky for us, I did a simple google search and found a FANTASTIC place, of course not managed by Aloha vacation rentals. I tried to figure out what went wrong, so went to their website and tried again to pick exact dates to schedule, it then takes you to a new page where the calendar changes to 2020! Out of no where! Very poorly done site. Very poorly done communication. But was refunded and we found another place so it all worked out in the end for us. But don't book through website.

The owner of the house CHERYL is putting it up for sale and wants the money to fix her unlivable house full of termites that they would not do anything about. This company is just helping her keep what is ours. During our walk through it was even discussed how a door was damaged when we moved in and they charged us $463 for a closet door!!! I have pictures showing a bathroom drawer when we moved in with used floss, roaches, and hair. Termite poop on our bathroom counter, black mold in the washing machine I tried to scrub. Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with. Boundless said one thing at my walk through and then charged for things never mentioned and damage from before we moved in.

This did not dramatically impact our stay, but I expect better from a luxury stay provider. Here are a few updates this particular house could use to make it an "over-the-top" luxury experience: 1. Update the cookware as it is showing extra wear, 2. Replace some snorkel gear that isn't fully functional, 3. Add a few throw blankets for extra comfort, 4. Make an attempt to be more clear about what "extras" are provided for the actual unit being rented (i.e. exact model of baby gear included, staples for meal prep such as spices, small utensils, etc...). This is important given this home is in such a remote location. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The late checkout allowance provided us a very welcome surprise given our late evening return home flight.

I messaged with Dani and we tried a few things that didn't work. And the next day while we were out they replaced the tv. What great service! We felt the price was very fair for the quality and ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.
