Came to install and cracked the cover plate in 3 places and left it like I should accept it in that condition. I removed the cracked cover plate to find they had not cut the mirror opening large enough so the socket ends were resting on the mirror. First time the socket would be used, yes the mirror would crack. They need to have the socket ends resting on the drywall with spacers to raise the sockets to the level of the mirror. Is this the first time they have made this kind of installation? Are these people professionals? Really fed up with this install.

Alex was here every single day. He brought Scott and Anthony with him on different days and I couldn't have been happier with the crew we were given. Every morning we talked about the plan for the day, and what they needed from me. Some days they needed nothing, some days I had decisions to make. The thing I liked the best was I never had to bring anything to Alex's attention. He was on top of everything. Taking a little longer to get a certain window done? Alex told me. A screen needed to be resized and put in, he let me know before I noticed it wasn't there. Or the fact that one of the sliding door screens came in slightly bent. Just enough that you had to be particular about how you closed it all the way.. Alex told ME about the problem. That he already had a new one on order and they would get it handled. I didn't have to find it first a week later and ask to get it replaced. If there was a problem, he already had a solution. And when the typical finishing for the windows wasn't going to work, he took the time to find a solution that came out absolutely stunning. The initial quote and set up process wasn't quite as smooth. I felt like the communication could have been better once we signed the contract. Lack of contact made us a few weeks later in the schedule of getting them installed and that was a bummer. But the actual install couldn't have gone better, and it was meant to be I guess. Window world won't be your cheapest option. But they back their work, they stay until it's finished and the lifetime guarantee on their windows is great peace of mind. I would recommend them a million times over.

He had no eye protection in which I loaned him my pair while he was chipping glass right in front of his face. Chip of glass in eye not good! Boss said that was workers responsibility!!! I was out running errands when they finished up and had left my house. Ray called me and asked if I had a vacuum cleaner and I said yes down the hallway and he said laughed and said oh well " too late" they're already gone and that there was glass and a "big mess" that I had to clean up when I got home. When I got home, there was so much glass all over my livingroom and halfway through my living room on my carpeted floor, on my couch on my horse gear stored in corner, window sills, outside porch landing ...I mentioned to Ray prior to starting my job that i could remove my belongings n he said "no need".. I had to go out and buy a vacuum cleaner for glass clean up on my carpet in my livingroom . I had a stick vacuum cleaner only at that time n definitely not up to job. When i told Ray i needed to buy a new vacuum to do glass cleanup which took me several days- I have animals that live inside and grandchildren who come over all the time and walk barefoot in my home. He said, I lied and called me a liar which I did not appreciate after I just spent several thousand dollars to have my plate glass window replaced by them. I sent him my receipt showing I purchased the vacuum the day after he completed replacing the glass in my home. Reflections glass never addressed the issue or considered giving me a discount for three days of cleaning up glass after they completed their job. They arrived at my home in almost a brand new pick up truck and there are a glass company who doesn't even own a vacuum. I would bring another worker along to clean up your mess rather than leave it for the homeowner. Poor service, poor attitude and poor customer relations
