When asked if they had more Toto elsewhere, the staff said they could order online for us and it would be cheaper than getting it from Toto directly. That was tempting but since toilets are for sitting, we really wanted to test them out and see if they're comfortable first. When the original, functional hardware selected by myself for some of our most unique challenges did not perform as expected, the team at KF Kitchen Cabinets worked with me to find alternative solutions and we solved the issues together.
