I depend on my shipments from Kohll's Pharmacy. I have a colostomy and need new supplies every month. I have had issues several times where I receive my shipment late or I call to schedule my shipment and they have no record of me calling. This last time was the last straw and I would not recommend at all. I am literally to my last bag and have no other supplies. I had to reach out to my local support group & Doctor's office to try to gather what I can until they can get me my shipment tomorrow. Kohll's was able to find me some supplies at the warehouse that would fit my appliance but they are not the same bags I use. I had scheduled via the website for a booster vac, and because I had the J&J vaccine the one I chose for my first vaccine that is what I wanted for the second one. when I arrived on Jan 7th, checked in and said I only want the J&J is that availabe? The nurse taking the pre-work assured me it was , when the nurse with the initials of CW called my name, the first thing she said was "you don't want the J&J!!!! " I said yes, that is the only one I want.. she replied oh you know the CDC just recommended that as of today no one get vaccinated with the J&J. Now I know a little bit about vaccines since I have been in the pharmaceutical business for 20 yrs, but didn't say that.... however I did say, J&J has been studied and it was just confirmed to show 85% efficacy and she then replied, Not True, but whatever... Again, I know a little bit about why I personally chose that one but had I been just someone that doesn't know about the differences, is it her job to bully someone into one or the other???!? Then after the shot she gave me my card and said, see you back in 2 months since that is all that This vaccination will work for.. Now my problem with this is!!!!!! It is my choice!!! I didn't ask for her opinion nor is she an immunologist! If J&J is available I shouldn't be harrassed by my choice to get vaccinated by a nurse hired to give it!!!! The customer service was not helpful and rude. On 10/10 I went to Millard location to get the Shingrix vaccination was told my insurance would not cover it. I found out they entered it under the drug side of the insurance not the medical. I contacted my insurance company United Health Care and they send it is 100% covered and tell them to file under medical claim. I went back explained on 10/11/18 and they took my insurance card was gone 2 minutes gave me my card back said we're not going to do that and walked away. On 10/10/18 the girl at the pharmacy said if I can confirm it with the insurance company they can do it but have to file the paper claim. It was a very bad experience and they did nothing to help a customer. It makes you wonder how they are treating the elderly customers. Would not recommend this location to anyone I would not send my parents to this business. read more

There probably aren't a lot of yelpers that need their wheelchairs repaired but, nonetheless, I needed some adjustments and new tires on my TiLite Sport wheelchair. I made a point of asking about their return policy as I never know what will or won't work for my dad's comfort. The 48 hour return policy seems fair. Ask questions. Went for a vaccination at the Dundee location and was disappointed and surprised at the unprofessionalism here. The place is old, dirty and disorganized with "funny?" snarky clippings taped to the wall where patients wait about how rude and dumb customers are to pharmacy staff about refills etc. The two staff members were rude to each other, at one time rolling their eyes based on a disagreement. The pharmacist then took me to a backroom ( storeroom closet?) for the immunization and treated me like I was a big hassle. He then said "did you have any problems with the first vaccine". and I said "no" and then he said "oh I can fix that" then proceeded to inject the vaccine too fast, which causes pain. As a healthcare professional myself, and as a consumer, I would NEVER go there again. Just WOW read more

Yesterday, I had the worst experience trying to get a flu shot at Kohll's. I was excited to be able to apply online and get the shot in my car--safe, right? My 91 year old mom and I applied, received confirmation, and arrived for our 2:15 appointment. We left at 3:35 and I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG SHOT AFTER ALL THAT WAIT! First they couldn't find her paperwork because they had written her birthdate wrong when they asked me for it. Then they told me her insurance wouldn't go through. Of course they were wrong, but I had to go inside with her insurance cards and wait with a room full of people getting shots. The pharmacist had his mask down under his nose as he approached me and I had to remind him to pull it up. He finally came to the car to give us our shots. Since he had 2 trays, he made me hold my mom's tray while he gave my shot! Was it recently sterilized??? As he went to the other side of the car, he mentioned that her shot was different because she is over 65. WELL SO AM I! He'd already given me the weaker shot, and his supervisor said there is nothing to do about it and it will be good enough! I am my mom's caretaker, and cannot afford to get sick!! We have isolated for all these months only to have this happen now. Overall, just a terrible experience. The man who gave me the shot was very kind and very sorry, but I feel unprotected at this point. And it took me a trip inside the pharmacy and 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the wrong shot!!! I have never had a worse experience. Physically I have been through a lot in the last 5 years. Including 2 major surgeries in the last year. When my surgeon and physical therapist recommended a motorized scooter due to my new disabilities. I turned to Kohlls and since day one I have been treated like a burden. Having been misinformed about the process by my insurance company a woman I believe named Kim has been nothing but condescending and disrespectful in her tone. Anytime I would call I was treated with an attitude (from the mobility department) The only one who has treated me with any dignity whatsoever is Bijou I'm sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly. I wish I had never walked through the doors of Kohlls in Millard. I have used Kohlls in Papillion a few times over the years and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I was shocked that this attitude is not shared at all your locations. When people find themselves with physical ailments especially at such a young age. They are already dealing with a lot. I started out with a very bad experience between Kohll's and CareCentrix who is Cigna Health National medical supplier. The process for obtaining a CPAP machine kept getting delayed and messed up. I want to thank Matt at Kohll's Pharmacy Respitory Dept for understanding my deep frustration as the process took a month which should have taken a week- I was extremely upset. Let me preface this with the disclaimer that this happened about a few months ago so I have definitely had time to reflect before writing a review. I still feel, though, that this needs to be said and I would be very surprised if my interaction was the only of this type. My father (93) recently fell and broke his hip. Recovery for this type of injury is a slow and meticulous process for any age but can be especially hard on an elderly person. Once he was approved to finally start walking again (assisted), he required a walker. When not walking, he was required to have the walker in front of him at all times because we had also discovered that he is exhibiting signs of dementia and will try to walk around forgetting about his injury. Due to this, we thought it best to buy a tray that attached to his walker so that he could eat his meals easily without needing to move from where he already was. Kohlls pharmacy is well known for carrying a variety of home medical equipment so it seemed like the best place to find one of these trays. I asked a pharmacist if the tray would work with his specific walker and was assured it did. Lo and behold, it did not fit and was not in any way "universal". I bring the tray back with my receipt and was told that all sales were final. After pressing them and explaining the situation, I was told I could return the tray if I also brought back the box it was packaged in. Please note that this item was sold in a plastic bag of sorts and did not come in a box. I informed the employee of the box situation and was told that I was again out of luck as it should have been sold in a box. This is more than a little frustrating as medical equipment is not inexpensive. I, or should I say my father, is left with an overpriced sheet of plastic collecting dust. We would have been better off with some plywood and Velcro. I understand that companies have certain return policies but how can a business enforce stipulations for returns when they can't even offer the same item quality from the time of purchase. It is predatory practices such as this that slide by undetected because a large percentage of their patrons are elderly and vulnerable to exploitation. My experience is just one but I cannot sit idly knowing that mine is likely not isolated. Please exhibit caution if you do not have other options than Kohlls pharmacy. read more

I would never make a purchase at Kohlls worst return policy and customer service ever!!!!! My brother purchased a tray for my mother's walker, it didn't fit, he tried to return or exchange for something that would fit, they said they only have 48 hour return policy and that he was out of luck and out the $50 dollars he spent on it. My brother then said what am I supposed to do just throw it out and the lady just looked at him and sat down at her computer and continued to work. I use to work for the Kohlls and all I can say is their customer service has really deteriorated. I now work in the health care field and I would recommend that anyone that needs something medical or otherwise shop somewhere where they treat the customers with respect!!! I dropped a prescription at Kohll's Pharmacy (127th and Q St.) on Thursday, June 30th. I was told it would be ready on Friday, July 1st. We were leaving town on Friday, so with the holiday weekend, I stopped by today, Tuesday, July 5th. I was greeted by a rude technician behind the counter. I was willing to overlook this until I was told they could not fill the prescription with the brand I wanted. No one called me on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday to tell me this, so it just sat over the weekend. By now, my son REALLY needed this prescription. To the pharmacist's credit, she apologized for the delay and did some research to find me another med that could be used as a substitute. It would not be ready until Wednesday. I left. A few hours later I got an automated call from Kohll's telling me my prescription has been filled and is ready for pick-up. I was surprised but thought they worked hard to find the med in response to the mix-up. I don't live near Kohll's, so I made a special trip in to get the med, only to find out it was not ready. Apparently, the automated system calls during a specific window in their system but doesn't account for meds that have to be gotten from another source. Three strikes, and they are out. I will never fill a prescription at Kohll's again, and it anyone asks, I will never recommend them for this service. read more
