This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! All of them seem to be doing fairly well. The Mall is very clean. There are roaming security. There is an info desk with security guards. There is a lot of parking available. Everything was fine, though everything was extremely messy and cluttered. We were followed by an employee after we looped around the store to look at everything. It was quite persistent and discomforting to be followed (not so discreetly) by an employee, we had looped back towards the floor panels and rugs of the store as we're renovating a room in our home and wanted to see prices. This employee was on our behinds (to put it nicely) so we moved out of the way assuming he had to get to the backroom where there was a staff area. He had stood beside us for 2-3 minutes just watching us and then pretending to go through the floor panels. I understand staff must have precaution for customers stealing or causing issues as I've worked in retail for some years, but to be persistently behind customers and invading their space while they're just trying to shop and look around without any cause? Unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Ollie's again. I will also be averting my friends and family from shopping here as well.

Yesterday was an awful experience for myself and multiple other customers and even the staff…read more I received a text at 4pm saying my order was delayed. Received a text at 5:15pm saying it was ready for pickup. Arrived to what I can only describe as chaos. Over 24 cars in spots waiting for pickup, 15 cars lined up along side the building, 1 worker bringing out orders one at a time. I received 3 text reminders about my order being ready AFTER I finally got a parking spot with a pickup number. It was 2 hours after that someone came around asking people's names and trying to organize things. I was told be two separate employees my order was up next, only for it not to be. I arrived at 5:30pm, I left at 9:30pm. I sat there for FOUR HOURS. Obviously when I got home, things were unthawed, luckily the only thing truly wasted was the ice cream I had purchase which had obviously liquified in that 4 hour window. At no point did I see more than 2 employees and I was told by one of the employees that there was a system issue with the orders, nothing was coming through correctly, and management would not let them cancel any of the orders. He encouraged people to cancel if they could, I however, was not able to cancel via the app because it told me I was unable to cancel if an order was ready for pickup. Another gentleman told me that the reason I was told my order was ready was that it had started being prepped twice by different employees but hadn't been finished. He wasn't even supposed to be doing pickup, and had never done it before, but was trying to help out. Sadly I know that it's the employees that are going to get in trouble for this, and not management. This was 100% a management and app issue, but crap as always, will float downhill.
