I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store. Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations. read more

Horrible store to deal with if you need help or customer service, 2nd time they have forgot to give me all my items, when I called store, I again only have option of retrieving the items they admitted they forgot and bring to service desk....so I get to waste my time again to get $14 in items they forgot, but both clearance and hard to find was so excited I had found them in my size...can't find items now and can't credit back my kohls card...done with this store too many other options, spent $373 and could tell woman on the phone was annoyed to be dealing with call at 8:30pm, though I put no blame on her. read more

This place is nice and helpful on the phone but god forbid that you send a colored man to pick up make up and service is not what you get! I called to asked if they could hold some foundation and lady was so nice on the phone she walked to and got somebody to help me over the phone and was able to get the product I needed and put it on hold at the register for my husband to pick up. At this point I work nights so he went out during the day to go get it and what do you think happened NO SERVICE! Did he get the make up no why because nobody there would help him and swear they did not have nothing for him! So when he gets back home I call the store where when the girl picked it up the phone she said "oh yes ma'am I have it right here!" So the manager gets on the phone says they did everything possible called my husband a lier and then I was given the phone back for the man to hang up. I have had a Kohls credit card for years and rarely do I get 30% off coupons so I made the time to shop at our store in Auburn, Maine today. Wow, their inventory is really down. The ladies section especially. There were literally just a few racks of clothes. I guess Covid has hit their inventory supply chain hard. I left this store that I used to buy a lot of my clothing and family clothing & housewares at with just a pair of socks. Really sad to see it this way. read more

This store is pretty standard, just like any other Kohl's you would go in. It is kept clean and well stocked. The staff has been friendly and helpful each visit. It has never been overly busy at this location, which I like because it's makes for a more peaceful shopping experience. Also a perk of that is the clearance. There are great deals that can be found. read more

I left the store angry and depressed, and this was hardly the first time. My experience was deplorable and debilitating. The clothes are not attractively displayed, and they are bunched together and thrown over the racks so it is impossible to view anything. The personnel are inept, incompetent and unprofessional if you can even find them. They appear to be operating with a skeleton crew. Their selection lacks class and sophistication and, judging by the individuals' in this area preoccupation and focus on their latest and greatest vehicles to the exclusion of personal hygiene, it is small wonder this store does not try to play to a more sophisticated audience. I don't know whether this facility has, but others have, complained that Amazon has taken away their business when this is absolutely not true. They have done it to themselves. If a customer has an unpleasant experience at a retail brick and mortar, why wouldn't they just order from the comfort of their homes and not experience the aggravation of driving to the facility and then being treated like a second-class citizen when they get there. All one has to do is wait two days, and they'll have their item - no muss no fuss. read more
