I received a call today 6/19/2026 from a ERO representative who advised that the shipping was higher than what was calculated at check-out (it more than doubled) and they couldn't ship my order unless I wanted to pay the additional shipping charges. I declined and she then tried to switch me to another product. I assume they are not aware that Under Florida law, once your payment is processed and an order confirmation is sent, a legally binding contract is formed. The company cannot unilaterally change the price of the shipping or hold my order hostage. If they fail to honor the original agreed-upon price, they are in breach of contract. This is exactly what they did here. My next step is reporting them to Florida regulators for their poor business practices. This mistake was not my doing! ERO should have done the right thing here.

Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. If you're in the Estero area, take a stroll right off the I-75 and grab yourself some deals!
