I stopped here to do some back to school shopping for my nephew. The displays and racks are so disorganized and cluttered that the store is almost impossible to shop. I asked employee if it was always like this and she shrugged her shoulders and said yes it's just the customers that do it. The store manager and Kohl's corporate office should be ashamed of this location. read more

We walked in needing some bedding. This man named Michael went out of his way too help us. We ended up purchasing a lot more stuff because of him. I also got a nice hoodie from there. I highly recommend this store when your needing bedding or hoodies. read more

I use to love and enjoy shopping at Kohl's in Chillicothe. It was the first store I would go to when I needed or wanted to purchase clothes for myself or my family, kitchen items, and household items. However in the past 6 months or so, I have not enjoyed shopping at Kohl's in Chillicothe for two reasons. First the store is not kept neat. Clothes are stung everywhere. They are hanging on wracks and on the floor. Clothes on shelves are unfolded and mixed with numerous other clothes. The wracks are not straight and parts are stored under some of the wracks in sight. Movable wracks are in the isles. The store is a mess. Not what it use to be. Secondly the quality of clothes and availability of clothes seem to have diminished. I'm very disappointed. read more

I like the home decor area here and the kitchen supplies. However, the clothing departments seem to have the same clothes all season. If you've been in once there's no need to go back until the season changes because they have the same stuff. I wish they had more new things come in. read more

First return to Kohls in over a year. Wow! Such a difference! The store is much neater. Clothes are folded neatly, and ladies clearance racks were split into two seperate areas, not just crammed into the women's plus department. One star taken away because of the disaster that was the "Order Online, Pick Up In Store" program. Kohls, do like the restaurants and buy pagers for your customers. Let them shop while waiting instead of standing in line. Please. Oh, and those special parking spots for pick up orders are worthless at holiday time. Quit advertising them. read more

Was in the store yesterday walked out buying nothing! I tried to do back to school shopping for my kids and I felt like I was in a junk yard!!!! Not only was that I went up to ask for help and I hear talking about other associates instead of being in the office or out of sight like they should have been!! I walked to the cashier and asked for a manager come to find out the management staff was the ones standing there gossiping instead of making my shopping experience easier! Please work together in getting the store organized! Maybe visit justice and see how they are so neat not over filling the racks! I rather pay more and have an easy shopping experience than feel like I'm in a mess!! read more

The worst chain of stores EVER! They usually argue about my not signing up for a credit cart,but now they argue about my not taking a rewards card! I was there last week and was berated by the sales clerk because I would not sign up for one...I know they probably get some kind of bonus for everyone who signs up, but NO should mean NO!
