Maybe it was the day we went but it was a waste of time. The stuff is cheap but outdated and geared for an older crowd. I drive from South Florida so I insisted on buying something. My brother bought a bumblebee yellow fanny pack. I bought a black jumper. It took over an hour to find something that I liked.

I've heard about the HSN store before from a friend and finally stopped in. I don't watch any of the shopping channels but I have a general feel for what they sell. Clothes, bags, jewelry, bedding, kitchen things... This shop is unexpectedly large. I don't know what I was expecting. It's also unexpectedly incredibly organized. Clothes in the center of the store were organized by size and then color... And I didn't see too many things out of place. I will say that the clothing there starts off overpriced, but by the time you add on 40-60% off (on average) it's reasonable. Part if it feels like this is where merchandise comes to die -it's either very targeted to older women or very strange (like a matching fully feathered vest and skirt matching set). There were a couple things I would have walked out with if they had one that fit (hello red snakeskin and feather heels, I'm talking about you!) but in some things you might only find one of them in the shop. I can't comment much for customer service because I didn't have any, but I will attribute it to them hiring ninjas to keep the place super clean and organized. Also, the jewelry counter has a number system like at the Publix deli which makes it easy to keep track of people. Bottom line - come here to browse without expectations that you'll find something specific.

Store is mostly clothes but the GM section seems to be all boxed up. They would sell more if you could see or read more about the items.

They even let me design a new wedding ring for my wife using the original ring and other diamonds sold to me from there. I bought a Rolex Watch for almost $1,200 less than the other shops. They also took time to inform me how to identify a fake one from the real ones. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will never spend my hard earned money for jewelry to any other store but Arnolds.

I've been doing business with Arnold's for over six years and have always had positive experiences, until now. I brought in a 14k gold brooch to sell, but Ray didn't even bother to look at it. Instead, he went off on a tangent about losing money on resin-filled pieces that turned out to be fake, which had nothing to do with the item I brought in. He didn't even take the time to actually look at or test the piece. It felt like he didn't want my business at all. I was honestly so baffled I left. When I got home, I tested the brooch again. It definitely was 14k gold. I called the store and spoke with Ray. He told me to cut it in half and if it's hollow bring it back and he'll buy it. If he inspected it from the beginning, he would've known that. The brooch was light and there were two tiny air holes on the back. I've been buying and selling gold for quite some time and know what I'm doing. I returned less than an hour later with the brooch and a 10K stick pin I had shown him at the initial visit. The brooch weighed 5 grams on my scale, but when I asked about the pricing, he said they go by pennyweight. After doing the math at home, it appears I was shorted. I always check the live gold price on their website beforehand, and I feel what I was paid didn't reflect their rate. To make matters worse, the 10K stick pin he had just valued at $58 the initial visit was only paid out at $32. I didn't catch this until I reviewed the receipt afterward. With the amethyst stone removed I know it had to weigh at least 1gram. Should have paid out at about $50 not $32! Over the years, I've recommended Arnold's to many people and even left two 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google. I've always worked with Zack or his sister and never had any issues, which is why this experience with Ben was so disappointing. If I choose to sell here again, I will definitely bring my scale to double check weights and pricing. Especially when dealing with Ray. I'd like to add that we don't just scrap at Arnold's. My youngest has bought Pokémon cards here as well. I have to say, they have an amazing selection. Especially when it comes to the Japanese booster boxes.

When walking up there is a clearance rack outside and plenty of plants that draw your attention! The range and selection is vast, and makes me want to buy them all!! When you go inside you're instantly taken into a retro, vibrant, vintage, modern style shop! You're immediately greeted by the store attendant, with kindness and good entire. I love the range from trendy to chic! I love shopping in small shops because you can find things you won't find anywhere else! Soemthing that really caught my eye was the jewelry, there were various different shapes and colors throughout the whole store. One of the most interesting aspects of the store is the fact that almost every table is a different vendor, not to mention the vast selection! I will note things are on the higher price scale due to it being a small business, but you're able to give back to the community! I also love that they have a small coffee shop attached to hangout in or drink coffee & shop around! The coffee shop is also full of a range of different vintage/retro decor! It makes for a picture oasis! I can't wait to come back and bring more people here just to see the aesthetics of the shop and see what they have available!
