Every time I visit I stop in today I went in and my associate is 449106.cashier # It was 5:09 PM on my receipt on 1/14/25 there was also another cashier there with short blonde hair, older and my cashier was wearing silver rings. The first cashier with the short hair took care of someone else before me I was there standing for quite a while be fore and finally she seen I was gonna go ask for help. She finally call a cashier 449106 came over when I asked about my receipt discount 30% off and asked her to show me where the 10 % for senior discount was on the receipt she tried to miss led me with a price for a shirt I brought I told her that was for the merchandise not my 10% discounts I brought ,that I bought at a discount with an attitude she had like !how dare you ask me about my discounts my She told me the discount was 39% ,30% I thought for my merchandise,plus 10% for seniors discount 40%, but the real kicker was when I was leaving, she was talking about me to the other cashier which is very unprofessional at least wait till the customer leave the The store ! customer service is out the window. I've heard about the HSN store before from a friend and finally stopped in. I don't watch any of the shopping channels but I have a general feel for what they sell. Clothes, bags, jewelry, bedding, kitchen things... This shop is unexpectedly large. I don't know what I was expecting. It's also unexpectedly incredibly organized. Clothes in the center of the store were organized by size and then color... And I didn't see too many things out of place. I will say that the clothing there starts off overpriced, but by the time you add on 40-60% off (on average) it's reasonable. Part if it feels like this is where merchandise comes to die -it's either very targeted to older women or very strange (like a matching fully feathered vest and skirt matching set). There were a couple things I would have walked out with if they had one that fit (hello red snakeskin and feather heels, I'm talking about you!) but in some things you might only find one of them in the shop. I can't comment much for customer service because I didn't have any, but I will attribute it to them hiring ninjas to keep the place super clean and organized. Also, the jewelry counter has a number system like at the Publix deli which makes it easy to keep track of people. Bottom line - come here to browse without expectations that you'll find something specific. read more

I ordered a jacket from this site. I received a jacket that looked absolutely nothing like the jacket shown in the picture. The colors are completely different but more importantly the fabric itself is not even remotely close. Very poor quality and does not resemble the jacket in the picture. I reached out to customer service and was asked to send photos if the jacket I thought I was getting and the one I actually received. I did this and was told that due to lighting issues, the actual garment may not look like the picture shown on the website. I was told that I could possibly receive a 10% refund. This is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again and would advise anyone else from doing so. False advertising at its best. Complete misrepresentation. I got several Patricia Nash handbags at the same price I would pay for just one and each one is high quality leather. Love it there! I like going to the HSN outlet for DG2 jeans. At the outlet the jeans are a great price, on air the prices are way too high. Unfortunately, unless I can try on the jeans, there is no way I am going to bring them home and then have to go back to the store to return them. I only go to the HSN outlet maybe once a month or so since it is not close to my home. When are the dressing rooms going to reopen??? All the other stores I shop in have opened their dressing rooms. Personally, I would rather people try on in the store and decide if they are going to buy an item than bring it home and let it sit in their homes for days at a time before returning it. At least I know the store is a clean place. It seems to me HSN Outlet believes shoppers will keep the item once they have it home and so they make more money. Please open your try-on rooms to make it easier for shoppers to buy your good deals. read more

Home Shopping Network's outlet store, which I didn't even know existed. The store is pretty spacious, with lots of clothes, shoes, jewelry, and home appliances. The vast majority of all the products is for women (not referring to the home appliances) so there's really not a lot here if you're a guy. The price on the item is what the item was listed as when it was on the show. The actually price of the item depends on how much time has passed since a certain month of the year. The longer it's past that date, the higher the % off is. Some of the brands are well known (Steve Madden, Vince Camuto, Easy Spirit) while others I'd never heard of (Joy & Iman, Bearpaw, Snob Essentials). Public bathrooms are clean and single person at a time. Customer service was friendly. Not a place I'd go back to personally but a store I'd recommend for women over 45. read more

Bring a calculator you will need it, they have a very confusing pricing system. The older the date on the tag the more of a percentage is taken off. It is really annoying trying to figure out what the prices are on each item. There are some good buys in the store but not much. read more

I had some time to spare and stopped in. There was a lot of stocks, the clothes were extremely dated, which were unexpectedly high, for the quality and outdated designs. The jewelry was simply gaudy antiquated baubles. I tried to purchase an item, but you have to take the current month of the year, look for it on the item, and cross-reference with a discount chart, and get a call from the Pope. I bought Amazon Fire HD 8" IPS 16GB Alexa-Enabled Tablet 2-pack with Voucher , the voucher provides you to customize a tablet cover for the 2 tablets. The company they deal with is called Casables, I sent in my order and have had nothing but trouble in getting the order right to different order number with two different pictures of my grandkids for their tablets. I received one yesterday and the other today both were the same picture of one grandson. I think the fault lies with HSN in dealing with unreliable & irresponsible companies like this one. I thought HSN would have vetted responsible and caring company to distribute their product properly. I blame HSN for not taking the time to vet the companies that represent their values. this company is the biggest rip-off company i have ever tried to do business with. after buying a bog3 free baby yodas on fb, i waited over a month only to receive 4 cheap cloth yodas that were not close to what i paid for. after several emails the only answer i get is they will give me a 10% or 15% refund. they sent these knock-offs from a manufacturing company in china (wish i had known beforehand). i have asked for the real product they promised or full refund and they do not want to accept their responsibility. i will continue to request the proper answer for an american company who is stealing from u.s. citizens. one of the names on my credit card associated with this order is selltoworld. i see other offers on fb from other companies with the same offers and wonder if it is the same company-just changing their name because of all the bad reviews. do not buy anything from these stores-they are thieves! i will continue to complain until i get a resolution i accept. besides letting fb friends (and strangers there also) know about this company, i am also reaching out to others who have been robbed and am now finding businesses that deal with scammers in america. read more
