Everything I want & need (and don't need but want) is under one roof. Everyone in the store is friendly, professional & efficient. I know where everything is, but if they move something, someone is nearby to direct me. It's well lit, with wide aisles. When I checkout, if the lines get long, cashiers magically appear. This is the Beall's I usually go to. If they don't have a size or color I need, I can usually find someone to look it up on the computer. Then I can drive to the store that has it in stock, or someone will help me order it with free delivery. I have a Beall's credit card, and belong to their reward program. When I shop a lot, I get $5-$10 reward certificates. I also like the Beall's bucks that I earn by spending $25 or more. I LOVE Beall's! read more

This store is amazing! The after holiday sales were outrageous and I had coupons to boot ! The help was kind and patient as I spewed my coupons all over the counter. 40:/ off household items and my parents and I gleaned some ridiculous sales! The merchandise I purchased was quality: shower curtains, bath mats..... so cute and beachy.... and so many accessories. This was an unexpected coup! See the pics ..... After all of my coupons all of the sales and all of the savings I ended up paying $20 for all the things that I purchased... I think it was my best shopping venture ever. Moreover, the sales woman was so great and she was equally excited about the sale prices. The store was nicely lit, clean as a whistle and there was plenty of parking and lots of lights in the parking lot when I went at night. TLDR: great place to shop for Florida style decor and gifts. Similar to kohl's and other department stores overall. Stopped into this store today in hopes of finding some mermaid and flamingo themed decor for our home. This place had a huge variety of these items and great discounts to boot! The store was well laid out and very open. The clothing sections were a bit messy but had a plethora of clothing options for men women and children. I was also happy to find the fishing shirt brands that my husband prefers here, which was a huge bonus since I didn't come looking for them. There was ample parking near this store even in this busy shopping plaza. And they have a gift wrapping desk available in the store making it a great stop for a last minute gift! read more

I used to think of BEALLS as an old person's store. And sometimes it is, but lately they've had some decent buys and bargains. They've almost always got a sale running, and if you sign up for their credit card, you can earn Bealls bucks to earn money off of things. I did just that, earned 20% off my purchase and when the bill came, I ended up with an addtional $20 off my next purchase. Pretty sweet deal. read more

We've always enjoyed shopping at Bealls. Sales staff always helpful and courteous and great selection of clothing and home goods. Lots of interesting gift items and well priced things like towels, sheets, pillows and small kitchen items. You can't go wrong here. Unfortunately, due to China virus, you can't try anything on. Changing rooms are still closed but you can return clothing items if needed. They always have good coupons online for significant discounts. Awesome store. Better than mall department stores. WOW, Customer Service and Management at this store is horrible, im trying to retrieve an order that was placed online, it shows it was delivered and ready for pick up, but the customer service person that I spoke to could not even check on the order even with the order number, then after 15 minutes i asked to speak to a management person and Laren picked up the phone and again could not help me track this order, even with the order number. My card was charged and no one knows who got my order or where it is. YIKES!!! Will not go back to that location EVER!!! If you people are not happy with your job get another one, but your customer service skills are horrible and no wonder you keep losing money. read more

If I could give this place a negative amount of stars I would. I'm not quite sure why this Beall's is even still in business. It's very outdated and so are the workers apparently. Today I was making a return for my grandparents and not knowing the store I assumed returns would be handled at the "guest services". So as I stood there at guest services for 30 minutes, the gift wrapping lady finally decided I was important enough to acknowledge. Without looking up she mumbled that "returns can be dealt with in the front". So as I'm standing in the line in the FRONT now I'm waiting for the next register to open. One was finally open but behind it two coworkers were laughing and giggling about whatever. I wasn't in a rush today so I had time, I decided to wait where I was until she invited me to her desk. She finally looks at the line and rolls her eyes at me and sounded very irritated when she said "you know you can come up here". Mind you I was making a return that I knew nothing about except for the fact my grandparents wanted it returned. So when we opened the bag we discovered the shorts don't have a receipt, tag, or the proper bag. This is how the following conversation went: Me: I'm sorry I don't have a receipt but I would like to return this Cashier: um...ok. Doesn't look like you have a tag either. Me: yes mam, I'm sorry about that. My grandparents sent me to return this Cashier: and it's kind of wet... (We live in Florida, and at the moment it was pouring down raining, so of course it's going to be wet) Me: yes mam I know, but it is raining outside Cashier: yeah, but you have a bag so it shouldn't be wet. Me: I would just please like to make this return Cashier: I'm going to need you to move out the way so I can help these other costumers, I'll call my manager when I get a chance. So at this point the manager eventually is called after her helping 4 other guest (even though two other registers were open) after the manager saw the shorts were in fact one of Beall's merchandise there was no problem returning the shorts. I thought this was the end to Linda's terrible attitude and that we could now part our ways and never see each other again. But to my disappointment I had to withstand a few more snarky remarks before I could walk out. The conversation went as the following: Linda: so I need a license Me: yes mam I have it right here, does it matter if it's my license even if I wasn't the purchaser Linda: ....well I need someone's. Transaction is finally done and she SLIDES me my store credit without saying another word before she walked away to go talk to another coworker. I have to now call her back over because she forgot to hand me my license back. As I tried to tell her this she got very frustrated with me and practically said "what in the hell do you want". I eventually just grabbed my license myself and walked out of there. Terrible costumer service. read more

I stop in the store often. I find the help on the floor as they should be, helpful. I always have a coupon when shopping at a Beall's. I'm not sure what it says about me that I typically don't need help in the store because i know where most everything is, or is suppose to be. i would suggest getting on their e-mail list as they will keep you up on the most current discount/coupon. read more

I have to say the clothes are usually a good bargain and quality is good. But OMG I hate the check out! I can't stand enduring the 10 min. monologue on why I need their store card! Good place for tennis shoes when they are on sale. The staff is courteous and eager to help. Best to go with a coupon. Be aware they don't combine coupons like kohl's so you have to do separate orders. Oh the bathrooms aren't the best good in a pinch but not what you'd expect from a store like this read more

So, I went in to waste some time and figured I wouldn't find anything of interest. I never do. Well, think again! I found so much that if I had money on my credit card it wouldn't after this visit. While this new location is clean and has a nice inventory I had forgotten my calculator!! Why can't stores similar to Bealls just list the correct price on the tag? I should not leave a department store in tears but thy is what happened today at Bealls. I spend a lot of money here as the merchandise though expensive is uniquely Florida. There are coupons and rewards which can be very complicated when paying. The cashiers don't tell you if they can't use your reward even if you are short by a few cents so you automatically lose a lot of money without them notifying you. Today I brought this to the attention of the cashier and was told I should have been paying attention to the screen as she rang it up, I told her she should mention when a reward wasn't being used and Regina got insulted and refused to ring me up. Another person did and when I went back to pay for more items she refused to help. I said you refuse to help me and she said I think it best. read more

Good sale prices, unhappy employees. Everything was OK until checkout. At checkout there was two clerks and about six people in line. Waited about 10 minutes to get checked out. A manager did approach and see the line and used his radio to ask for additional clerks. I could actually hear on the radio the other clerks say why don't you hop on! Then the manager walked away doing absolutely nothing about the line. I was visiting from out of state. But with a family member that shops there are regular basis, that said the employees are always so miserable in that store. It's pretty bad when the stores manager sees the line but is unwilling to hop on a register to move the line along. read more
