I stopped in to return a few items I did not love once I got home with them and a few that were shipped to me that the store did not have ...I was so disappointed in the way I was treated just because I returned a lot of items that I had no idea wouldn't fit as nice as I hoped. I also wanted to exchange a top they didn't have . Jerrod , the store employee told me I would have to pay shipping yet I originally spent almost $700. I was told several times by him "well you're returning $300 and our policy is shipppng is only free when you spend over $150 and you would have to spend a lot more to get free shipping-yet my original total would've allowed lots of free shipping even just for that top I wanted but because he kept repeating how I returned so much as if to shame me and he kept increasing the amount required for free shipping so I decided to return that item also ...I loved the experience in Orlando when I made my original purchase but this store will never get my business thanks to Jerrod. There is absolutely no reason for that type of customer service ! I almost took everything back but I really loved the jeans I got. read more

Wandered into Buckle with a friend of mine who was shopping for jeans. The store wasn't busy but not a single associate approached or asked if we needed help. The jeans we were looking at were priced at $150 a pair. (WOW) When they didn't have what my friend was looking for, we looked at other styles that they would look good in. Sadly they didn't have what their usual location has so we opted not to buy anything and wandered over to Dillards. read more

Favorite clothing store! The environment is so fun. Awesome boutique-style selection with unique items. I've been able to update my wardrobe significantly with the Buckle Card! So worth it. The leadership and staff here are so helpful, as well! They're amazing at completing your style and finding your correct sizes, plus they offer to alter jeans that you buy if needed! I was thrilled to find out Buckle is in Florida, we didn't have this store in NY and my only other experience was in Akron Ohio. Anyway, I know they have long lengths in jeans, and I'm tall with a medium build and long legs, so pant incorrect lengths can easily look like I'm wearing shrunken pants, with my height. I went into Buckle in Clearwater today, and was greeted with the most helpful and attentive sales girl ever. She was super knowledgeable about the product and helped me with several options for boot-cut tall denim in a size 29 or 30. I ended up going with the Virgo bootcut jeans which fit so comfortably and like a dream, and she successfully separated me from my money. Good job, I'll be back! :) read more

Do not go here! My family and I were not greeted at all when we entered the store! When we asked to please be assisted with finding my son the jeans he wanted the employee seemed extremely bothered by the fact that she had to pull her self away from taking selfies in the new hats they got in to help us. They did not have his size and did not offer to order his size either. When I asked to speak with the store manager I was told that she was "busy" on a phone call that they didn't know when she would be available to help us. I found this whole experience so distasteful and the worst customer service I've ever received!!! Most people I believe shop at this somewhat over priced establishment for the customer service! We will NEVER SHOP with this company again. read more

Buckle is one of my favorite stores. Katie is my personal shopper. She knows me so well that she texts me when new items come in that are my style. I have going to this location in Clearwater for years. Everyone has always been really nice but I feel extra special when I walk in and Katie takes care of me. She knows what I like and is never pushy. Great customer service and I love the clothes. read more

I absolutely love this store! Being a father of a 6th grade daughter, it is an absolute "pain in the rear" trying to find clothes that fit her and are "Mommy Approved". I'm guessing the Blond Management, that was mentioned in the other post, has been replaced cause the staff here was absolutely THE BEST. One of the sales ladies walked up to me an introduced herself to me and asked if I needed any help. At first I was hesitant because my daughter went potty and a grown man was digging through the girls section probably looked bad... But she asked if I needed help finding sizes. "Hey Ya".. I need help, big time. We talked a little bit and my daughter arrived. The sales lady introduced herself to my daughter and start pulling clothes in the style and size my daughter loves and needed. My daughter made a friend and totally scored on some great clothes. Finally.. Dad found a couple shirts too. Totally recommend this store. You just give them the clothing rules and they go to work. read more

I absolutely love Buckle in general, and I've always had great experiences with my hometown salesgirls, who had come to know me and my name and what I liked there. However, I've decided to write a review on this particular store because my experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. The staff here is super unprofessional; namely the older, blonde manager. I had a return and as soon as I walked in, she SNATCHED the bag from me (I had other things in there as well, like my smaller bag purchases from other stores), walked to the counter, and RUMMAGED through MY stuff to find the return, meanwhile did not even ask how I was or even say hello barely. Then she claimed I could not return it because it was from a different store. (I'm from Georgia) She decided to keep arguing with me and raised her voice at me in front of everyone in the store. She then proceeded to have all of her employees gang up on me and tell me it's their "policy, companywide." Um, not true! I had stayed within all the guidelines, the tags were left on, the receipt was in the bag, and it was within the time frame. So she proceeded to tell me it would ruin that particular stores sales goal if I returned them and was treating me as if I was inferior to her. She then refused to help me look for a shirt. I've never met a store manager with that much disrespect toward her customers. While I have always loved Buckle, if I had been a new customer there, I would have walked right out and never looked back, having branded the stores reputation as snooty and rude. I am here on a business trip for about 6 months, and this particular store is the closest one to my hotel. (literally 5 minutes.) After this experience, I will gladly drive half hour + to a different store with hopefully better employees. I honestly considered canceling my Buckle credit card on the spot after she treated me this way. As a long-ago retail store manager myself, I know how to treat customers and help them out. This lady was a HORRIBLE excuse of a manager, and I absolutely refuse to walk in this Clearwater store again. I am telling all my associates and colleagues about this incident as well. If you are going to make a career in retail, learn how to appropriately and professionally deal with situations. read more
