Their online chat feature is IMPOSSIBLE to use -- keeps asking the same question (e.g., "what's the order number") over and over and over and over and over again (literally five times). Finally gave up and called the customer service number (which starts out with a recording that ironically suggests that you use their online chat feature instead). Ended up talking to a VERY NICE lady (a live human being!!!) in Wisconsin who was able to answer my question. IMHO, companies that rely primarily on AI for their misnamed "customer service" deserve to be put out of business.
